The hotel elevator signs are not reasonable. The room numbers on the fourth and third floors are exactly the same. I just got my room card and didn't know which floor my room was on. I had to look around in the maze before I realized I was on the wrong floor. This detail can be improved. A little bit of signage classification can save guests a lot of walking to find their rooms. This situation has never happened in other hotels.
