The stay experience was also good and the room was very large. Liangshan Restaurant was delicious and served local dishes from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. There is also a farm opposite the hotel, which is also suitable for family outings. The hotel's service was very thoughtful and the experience was very good. The organic egg rolls were very delicious. Looking forward to coming again next time!

It is very convenient to go to the hot spring from the room. It is just downstairs and you can go directly after passing the bathrobe. However, you need to walk a little outside for breakfast or the hotel car will deliver it. The breakfast is shared with the Four Seasons Hotel. There are quite a lot of people. The children's suite has an outdoor private hot spring pool, which is great because you don't have to squeeze with people outside. The water is very hot and comfortable. The hotel elevator signs are not reasonable. The room numbers on the fourth and third floors are exactly the same. I just got my room card and didn't know which floor my room was on. I had to look around in the maze before I realized I was on the wrong floor. This detail can be improved. A little bit of signage classification can save guests a lot of walking to find their rooms. This situation has never happened in other hotels.

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

The hotel is very good, with good breakfast, hygiene and environment. There is a children's playground and swimming pool, and the baby had a lot of fun. There is also a Super Wings theme room, but it's a pity that I didn't book it this time. I also received a Super Wings gift, which was a great experience.

The location is in the city center, there is a free gym and tennis court, there is a nightingale street around, there are many types of breakfast.

When I went to Xitang Ancient Town, the accommodation there was terrible. Staying in the city is more cost-effective. Check-in was quick and the three people at the front desk were very quick. Checking out in the morning and issuing invoices are also very fast. The room is relatively large and quiet.

The room is big and clean. The only downside is that the front desk number in the room cannot be dialed. You can only use your mobile phone to call. This hotel has its own flower sea park, but the facilities are a bit old and there is an extra charge. It is a bit hard to describe. It can only let the children kill time. The water quality of the hot spring is not very clean, but fortunately there are enough pools, and it takes one or two hours to soak in each one slowly. The rest area is too small, but the food there is pretty good, and the charge is not particularly expensive... Overall it is okay. A suggestion: There is a Dyson hair dryer in the room, but it can only blow cold air, and it feels very cold in winter.
