Very helpful staff, nice location, the amenities are okay, a bit older and some minor damage. Main critic was, that the room was unbelievable warm. The AC helped.

We stayed for 2 nights here The room was pretty good for a hanok ,it’s more like a big guest house Hot water , toilet , shower was great Our room had hot tub which was great after a day of walking in the village The location is pretty good once you find your bearings , it’s closer to the main places of interest than we first thought, Special mention to the manager during our stay She was extremely helpful and tried best to help us with our questions, she even help us get bus tickets from the bus terminal for our next trip to Busan 👍truly appreciated Well done and good job Very rare to find such service nowadays If you visit jeonju and you don’t wanna sleep on a floor in a hanok but want the experience of one Stay here.

One of the most disappointing hotels I've ever stayed at.

This hotel is not far from Jeonju Hanok Village and also close to the famous Jeonju Bibimbap restaurant. Then the receptionist is a handsome and gentle guy, which is rare. Most hotel receptionists are beautiful women, which may be a plus for female travelers. Then the room is a Hanok-style floor. Although the decoration is not particularly Hanok, it is a bit like a modern hotel, but the sleeping board and bed set are matched and it does not make people feel hard when sleeping. In addition, for family guests, as long as they can sleep in, he does not charge extra, and in fact, the bed set he gives is also quite large, so this is quite friendly.

Simply put, it is a floor covered with paper walls. The facilities and sound insulation are average. The room is a bit dark, and the parking lot is on another street... The location is not too close to the Hanok Village. There are many restaurants nearby and a bar street.

The staff were very friendly and told us about good restaurants. It was clean and the location was good. However, the only drawback was that I could hear the sound of cars.

It is close to Hanok Village and Nambu Market, and there are many details that were carefully considered, such as the rafter ceiling, expensive furniture, and ink painting frames. However, there is no space to park in the hotel building (even in front of the lobby, there are parking violation cameras that stretch out like traffic lights, monitoring the roads in all directions), so if you go without knowing about the partner company, 'Shinseong Parking Lot', it will be difficult to check in. It is very disappointing that even though the reservation has been confirmed, they do not send a text message with instructions on the parking lot location, etc.

The location is close to the Hanok Village, but it is next to the road, so it is noisy all night long. The bed cover is covered with a non-woven fabric over a vinyl cover, so it is stuffy and dirty, so I couldn't sleep well. The staff is friendly and the service is good, but the facilities and location are not recommended.
