Nice view and convenient. If I could receive check in email with password details, before or around 3 pm on check in date but not sending email for asking staff instead would be great! Thanks for arranging high floor and no tail room :)

A great apartment-style hostel! The high-rise building offers a night view of the street market. If you want to check in, it is best to arrive before 5pm, otherwise there will be no housekeeper at the front desk to help you check in.

The location of the accommodation was good, so it was nice for us who use public transportation. We only slept for 4 nights and 5 days, but since it was a fully furnished studio, we were able to eat simple meals at the accommodation for breakfast and dinner, which was really nice. There was also a drum washing machine, so if you are staying for a long time, you can bring your luggage and do laundry right away. We did that too. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, so it's good^^

The location and rooms of the B&B are very good. It is very close to duty-free shops and shopping streets. The only drawback is that I stayed in room 705. Every night I heard a sound similar to that of a washing machine, which disturbed my sleep.

The bedding was not clean. It took half a day for the front desk to get in touch with me. Ctrip's customer service was very good.

Even if you can't check in after the check-in time, I think it's really inconsiderate to not be able to check in and not get a refund when you've paid and made a reservation. There has to be an alternative. Should they have notified you again in advance by phone or text? Should they have specified the check-in precautions in the agreement section when paying? When I asked other hotels around here, it seemed like other guests had had similar experiences at this hotel, so this needs to be improved. I was really upset.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right at the entrance of the pedestrian street. But if you check in after 21:30, it is difficult to find anyone, because it is a homestay and there is no front desk. You can only communicate with the security guard with your hands.
