A hotel is in very good location, waking distance to shopping mall and restaurants, breakfast was perfect and staffs are amazing, they decorated our room and sang birthday song for my daughter. Special thanks to Gaby and all staff in JW Marriot Jakarta , for your kindness , we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely back again soon.

The hotel is well located in the CBD area and with direct access to the Lotte Mall - an upmarket shopping mall. This saves us lots of time travelling to meetings and settling our meals/drinks. The staff are very superbly friendly and the front desk service is impeccable regardless what time I reached out to them.

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

The facilities are relatively old and the towels could use a new batch of white ones.

I was having great time during my stay at Ayana, the hotel was under renovation a bit but we still be able to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. They upgrade my room to studio suite which much bigger than my orginal booked room. The hotel has heater on the toilet bowl. Thank you Ayana. Just little note for muslim guess that Ayana buffet breakfast serve pork station at the corner of the restaurant, i was not aware until my last day.

I recently stayed at Morrissey Hotel in Jakarta and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which really added to the atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The room was decent, though it could definitely use some upgrades, especially in terms of the interior. There were far too many light switches, which made it a bit confusing to control the lighting. With a bit of modernisation, the room would be much more comfortable. However, for a short stay, it was adequate. Overall, it’s a good option for a stay in Jakarta, particularly due to the welcoming staff and great breakfast. A few tweaks in the rooms would make it even better!

Very good swimming pool area. Room is very comfy and spacious. We ordered butter chicken from Room Service and it was very delicious. At the lobby, receptionists offered cookies which is very nice gesture.
