"You have to call the reception on the phone for check in and someone will pick you up to your room. The water body outside is not clear and is greenish… Room is very very hot in the afternoon but there’s air con and fan. Breakfast is provided but can’t really communicate well"

"Muthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future."

"this little resort is unbelievable. we got the duplex unit. bottomless fresh air and relaxed setting. room is super spacious and clean. the owner is super friendly. my daughter missed playing with the dogs nikki, bread and short. breakfast was prepared fresh and yummy. we did also ordered the mookata at night. you are on top of a hill, good views, chilly fresh air and with good company. (the super friendly owner and the pet dogs). really can't ask for more."

"Completely independent room, very quiet, but the location is too remote, it is not convenient to go out for dinner, the location is not easy to find, if you don't drive, you can't go there. Except for the staff, I didn't see anyone during the two days I stayed in the hotel, but the staff were very enthusiastic and their English level was also good."

"Hands down this is the best hotel to stay in Khao Yai! We stayed at Atta as well as DusitD2 but none of those can compare with our experience in MYS. Special thanks to Lada who is the sweetest front desk supervisor!! She’s very friendly, kind and sincere ❤️ MYS is lucky to have you hehe (: and most of the staffs are friendly and nice too (especially restaurant staffs and the security guard uncle) We stayed at A302 cozy suite which is so clean, comfortable and value for money! High end branded fittings, thoughtful details (diffuser, tablet for easy communication with hotel, in room audiopro speaker, Netflix, bath salt and bubble soap, free minibar food and drinks with daily top up etc.) We also tried to order food via room service, it was fast, hygienic, and most importantly the food was SO YUMMY! 😋 The hotel’s breakfast is awesome too! They even went extra and beyond to make coffee from the cafe for the guests. Last but not least I LOVE the pool! It’s so pretty 😍 and 100% will recommend MYS to all my friends and family and will definitely stay here again when I return to Khao Yai."

"The hotel is new, clean, and easy to get to. There's a cafe in front of the hotel (but I didn't go). If I slept on the same side as the elevator, I thought the view would be more beautiful. But I booked a single bed and got a double bed. I didn't dare use the tub on the balcony because it's very non-privacy for those who got a room on the front side of the hotel because you can see up from below. The room is big, has a smart TV, and has Wi-Fi that doesn't require complicated passwords. There's a complete parking lot, but the entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow."
