Very trustworthy hotel, first-class service and attitude. I accidentally left my wallet and a lot of cash in the room and went to the airport. The hotel took the initiative to inform and keep it properly. I returned a week later and got it back without losing a penny.

The hotel front desk was very helpful. Ruya was very nice. She helped me contact the travel agency and the hotel for my next trip and never gave me a cold shoulder the whole time. It was very hot on the day we checked in, but the hotel only turned on the heat. After I complained, they even turned on the air conditioner for me... I'll come again next time for this service

The location is great, the room is big, and there is a big balcony. Parking is super difficult, there is no dedicated parking lot, and it is shared with a shopping mall and office building, and the parking lot is very small.

Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

The hotel used to be the Central Bank of Izmir. The room is quite big and the environment is good. The breakfast is a bit average, but the service attitude is very good. The lobby is a big staircase, very grand The reception desk is very down-to-earth, just a desk. The security service at the door is very good and helps you park your car. Help you with your luggage. What should be done has been done. The only one is that the sea view room costs an extra 500 yuan, which was not stated in advance before the sale. The transportation is very convenient. We took the subway after flying from Istanbul. It's a 6-7 minute walk from the train station and subway station. But the water in the room is soft water, which doesn't seem to be able to rinse clean. Overall it's good.

The location is very remote, you can't walk to the beach at all, and there is no food nearby. The facilities are average, just like an apartment, and it feels like a group hotel. When I made the reservation on the platform, it suddenly became nearly 200 more expensive. Very not worth it

That said, **prices are slightly higher than neighboring hotels**, making it better suited for travelers prioritizing style. A minor hiccup occurred on the first night when our room suddenly lost power, and switching rooms took some time, though the staff promptly upgraded us as compensation. If you can overlook these glitches, it’s a stylish base for exploring Izmir!

In the city centre, clean, good breakfast, walking distances from the water side, also to many good restaurants and also shops.

There are many restaurants around the hotel, but they are relatively expensive. Some restaurants are cheap and delicious about 50 meters away from the main street. The only drawback is that the rooms on the second floor are not very soundproof, and you can hear the conversations in the rooms next to you. The front desk guy enthusiastically helped to change the room on the sixth floor. The location of the hotel is very good, and it takes 24 minutes to walk to the Museum of History and Art. This museum is great. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the beach.
