Room is clean. Checking in is smooth and fast. Only 15 minutes walk to the bus station of Eastern Sarajevo. Friendly staff and a nicely cooked breakfast!

Room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room were acceptable. Breakfast was decent. Parking available on site. It’s about 15min drive from central Sarajevo. Quiet location with cafe, supermarket and petrol pump just across the hotel.

The price/performance ratio is still good

Otel yeterli fakat birtakım faktörlerden dolayı puan kırdım mesela konumu şehire uzak, otel genel olarak bakıldığında bence eskimiş lahai kanaatimce yenilenmesi gerekiyor, odalar biraz ufak ama onun dışında eksisi yok işinizi görür en azından temiz pis değil.

The hotel is adequate but I deducted points due to some factors such as its location is far from the city, the hotel is generally considered old and needs to be renovated in my opinion, the rooms are a bit small but other than that there are no cons, it does the job, at least it is clean and not dirty.

The hotel is located in Lukavica just a little outside of Sarajevo. With the taxi from the city center it costs about 5-6 Euro, from hotel to city center it is about 4 Euro (is located at the different taxi prices in RS and FBH). Wi-Fi available and good, rooms clean, even though there was only a broken toilet brush with me. Beds ok, TV with many programmes (also international). Heating has worked very well, unfortunately too warm and without closing. Reception friendly and fast (in the 1st floor). 24h occupied reception. Minibar also in the 1st floor. Rooms prices are ok and appropriate. Breakfast is rich, but here is a considerable potency for dessert. You can let it pass, but in fact not. Bosnians are good hosts, why don't they show it at breakfast in this hotel? A sort of cheapest white bread, although this country can make such great bread, egg food has been there for 2 hours and are like rubber (at the number of guests that were there, you could have been preparing it freshly), The two ladies sitting on a table, referring to the rubber-like eggs, denied the demand for a omlet as an impossible challenge. The question of black tea (which is very common in Bosnia) was dealt with with the notice that there would be 10 tea varieties available. (It is true that there were more than 10 varieties of fruit tea and black tea with chimt, but no normal black tea).... etc. all wasn't dramatic, but couldn't be what it could be. Since the hotel is quite far outside and can certainly also need more customers, you might need to consider how to get a positive relief. After I was looked at ”special wishes” twice in fact only incredulous, I gave up... but it happens sometimes wonders. I hope it for the hotel, because it still has potential.

This is well maintained five floors hotel with elevator. Our room was just big enough. Wi-Fi works great. Breakfast was rich buffet and a lot of variety, However, this is a four star hotel and all hotel's staff should be in proper and nice uniform. I was a little confused during breakfast when I see that was no staff member has the uniform. That is my only complain regarding this hotel. I will recommend this hotel to others, but please keep a good quality and try not to loose a star from your ratings. Cheers.  

The front desk was very enthusiastic and patiently answered our questions and helped us plan the route, which saved us a lot of time. The rooms are well-equipped and the scenery outside the window is beautiful~
