The shower was leaking and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Good hotel. Close to the metro. Everything you need is there. I really liked the interior. Very nice and friendly staff. The bathroom needs a little renovation, but it's not critical. I'm happy with everything.

It's very convenient to stay here in Roco Hotel. It takes only 5minutes to walk to the airport shuttle bus stop. And the host is very nice and helpful. Also the room is beautiful and big. The air conditioner works perfectly. I think it's a good hotel. 交通太方便啦！距离机场大巴步行五分钟就能到达。主人很热情很友善。房间又大又漂亮又干净。空调给力。距离塔克西姆广场近，地铁公交都有，出行非常方便。不错的选择

Great location with multiple bus routes and AirPort Express in close proximity. Impeccable service - reception was very attentive and welcoming. The room had a marvellous view of the city. Will absolutely recommend this to anyone who’s visiting the city! 11/10!

I stayed here for five nights, the location is convenient because it is near Taksim Square, but you have to be careful because the hotel sign is very small and people around here do not know this hotel. If you do not have Google Maps, you may not be able to find the hotel. I stayed during the winter, the hotel was not warm because the heater. During the winter, the hotel was not warm because the heater in the hotel or in the room could not adjust the room temperature to be warm, but if you stay during the hot season, you will like this room very much. There is a cleaning service, the room is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly and kind. The price is not cheap and not expensive, but the room is not soundproof, and if there are guests staying above or next to you, you will hear their footsteps, which is not very peaceful. The hotel has an elevator, which makes it convenient ... to go up and down. You may have to make a good decision, but in terms of convenience, I think it is very good.

Very helpful staff. Onur, Aris n Aram were all responsive in providing information on attractions n travel options. Helped to arrange taxi to airport avoiding the hassle of dealing with unscrupulous drivers. Very near to tunnel bus station, metro n airport bus terminal. Many food options in the area around Taksim Square.

Nice little place. Very good for the money. Everything is pretty good. Just remember to bring your own tooth brush and paste. (Fine by me for people who like private tooth brush). Location very good at heart of Taksim Square. Staff there very friendly, always there to help out. Only slight downside is floor is not super clean . But they give you pair of sandals so you should be good.

Overall the room was clean and spacious which is great deal for a short stay in Istanbul. The location is great where it is located at the busiet area of the town however you will need to be a little bit careful when coming during midnight as there are lots of people drunk harassing however that is everywhere in Istanbul itself. The worker was super nice to us and even treat us properly with every request we made, so a five star to that! Thank you, we had a good stay!

The hotel is next to a construction site so there is no view from my room. The curtain in the room is quite peculiar as it does not fully cover the window so I had a bit of problem sleeping in as the sunlight gets into my room. Room is clean and the bed is comfy. The toilet is a bit smaller than average but it was also clean.

Location is near Taksim Square which is a plus point. Limited rooms available. Cleanliness is maintained but toilets are very small.

I would like to mention that choosing this hotel is the best decision I have made during this trip. Thanks Aris and the other buddy for their warm support (sorry buddy I should have asked your name), they were extremely friendly and helpful. My friend was sick at the last days of the trip, medicines and thermometer were even provided to us during this emergency. Deeply touched, I will remember you guys. Highly recommended.
