The location of the hotel is good, and the hardware is good among hotels in Istanbul. But the service level is really incomparable with domestic hotels. I only stayed for one night and experienced four front desk staff. Only one girl's service was professional. The other three men had a very average attitude towards the guests staying in the hotel.
