Good hotel for a short break. Nice staff and thanks to James for being kind and accommodating our needs. Breakfast is good. Location is out of Swansea though. I wish there was a fitness centre. Free parking. Would stay there again

Staff were very helpful, very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable. Plenty of on site parking. Breakfast was buffet style which was nice if a little basic

The room was spacious and clean. But the elevator was broken and I was assigned a 2nd room. I didn't understand why it was so hard to lift the suitcases up and down.

The last stop of the trip to Wales, a very ordinary hotel with low cost performance and average breakfast. It is a 15-minute drive from the polyester Thomas Center in the city center. not very recommended
