It was difficult to find a Taxi from the location and to much noise from the street.

If you are here for vacation and have a limited budget, you can consider this hotel. It is in the old town and has a good location. You can reach the attractions by walking. The breakfast room is a terrace and there is no air conditioning in winter.

Good day. In general, what we expected, that's what we got. Even better. Since I booked the day before departure, there weren't many options, and after reading reviews that other hotels have bedbugs and rats running in the walls, we thought it would be terrible, but it turned out to be normal. And they even initially settled us in a 4-bed room instead of 2. We even laughed with relatives: would they not settle someone else in our room. But after a couple of days they politely asked us to move to the neighboring 3-rd room. We were not upset, we took it as cleaning the room ... As for breakfast: the same, but you can eat. It's a 7-minute walk to the metro, 13 minutes to the tram. There are not many hills and climbs. In the evening, we drank coffee and tea on the right side of the hotel, on the left, we had dinner twice with 2 women, opposite, we ate good shawarma once. In the photo, the dinner menu of 2 women

Not a bad hotel for its money. They changed our room at our request, because we didn't like the smell in the room. The breakfast is good for the money.

For a hotel with a strategic location with the atmosphere of Istanbul University campus, there is no lift and the breakfast menu is only that 😊

Overall 3.5. We only slept, washed and ate there))) there were busy days, so we didn't stay there for long. Pros: the hotel is small, I like them. I think there are only 10 rooms. There are cafes near the hotel at a reasonable price, Sulimaniye and the Shehzade Mosque are a few minutes' walk away. Opposite the hotel there is a kiosk with delicious ice cream! The woman who prepares breakfast speaks good Russian. At the reception we easily agreed to leave our suitcases until the evening, because check-out from the room is at 11-12, and we were there until the evening. They helped us take our luggage up and down. They gave us an iron and, in principle, they helped with all our requests for help. Even when I was denied a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia through the website, the guys tried to help. Cons: we stayed for two nights. On the first night we got our 4-bed room on the 3rd floor, with the words - well, tomorrow we need to move to another one. I don't need this stuff at all, it ruins my vacation, takes up time, my personal time, which I wasn't going to spend packing and unpacking my luggage! Plus, the toilet in this room stank terribly of sewage, they covered it with a trash can, but that didn't help. The linen hadn't been changed - a black hair was lying under the blanket, and I'm blonde, and when they said it was blown in by the wind from the window, I freaked out. I changed it. Then they gave me another room. 203. Everything was clean there, but it was a three-bed room. There were two of us. What nonsense?!? All the toiletries were there. Breakfast. The food itself is normal: boiled eggs, lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, buns, bread, a bunch of jams to choose from in individual packaging, orange, butter, olives, black olives, coffee / tea, milk, something like a sweet pie, yogurt, we used it like sour cream. But. A huge BUT!!!! For those who do not smoke!!!! Breakfast on a small terrace, there is also a smoking room. And so you sit and have breakfast in the fresh air, and around you EVERYONE IS SMOKING!!!!! You can't swallow a bite, because the terrace is small and there is a stench everywhere.

For some unknown reason, we were moved to another hotel, which was called the "second block" - Seyri İstanbul Hotel (in the same building, but a different entrance and address). When checking in, the employee quickly ran into it without giving an explanation. I ended up staying there, the review is dedicated to it. I don't know anything about Renova Hotel Faith, since I didn't stay there, although I paid for the room in advance. There are no complaints about the technical condition of Seyri İstanbul Hotel, except for the smell in the bathroom and poor ventilation. The breakfast at Seyri İstanbul Hotel is very modest, the staff is responsive. I can't recommend either hotel.

Hotel in an excellent location close to the metro and the main attractions of the city. Good breakfast but the cleanliness and structure in general needs to be reviewed.
