We couldn’t get up the ramp, as my husband is in a wheelchair we could not check in. The hotel issued a refund thankfully.

Hotel is clean with basics. There is no laundry service provided.

Good Comfy

Ask for family room and inform inthe morning before attend but staff never say anything. Until I checked-in they say family room was full and provide 2 rooms. It such a not impress way to deal the problems

The architecture of the room is good. Lots of space, wide large windows, there is a covered parking. Inside the room is tired of course - the plaster is falling off, there are many cracks, the shower is old and the pressure is small, there are many cobwebs and larvae on the ceiling and walls. The guys really need to update the rooms

The only disadvantage is that the door system is a bit old and difficult to open. Everything else is good. Cool air conditioner, clean room, delicious breakfast.

The air conditioner in the room will not be cool when sleeping because the air conditioner is positioned at the foot of the bed. The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is wide. The breakfast is not very good.

Big hotel, easy to find because transportation is convenient, the restaurant is spacious, the staff are well looked after and there is plenty of parking.

We booked with this hotel for the first time, normally staying at B2, but since it was full, we tried to reserve accommodation here. We went to check in at 3:30 p.m. and the staff informed us that we still couldn't check in. We were confused and asked again. The staff said that the room was not finished being cleaned yet. We had to wait until 4:00 p.m. to check in. Then we had to come check in to continue our business. At 4:00 p.m., we walked to check in. The staff said that they still haven't finished checking in. What is it? This is the first place in Thailand, everyone. We've encountered hotels that check in at 4:30 p.m. That is, the housekeeper stood and played on the phone. The receptionist couldn't fix the problem. Let me tell you, we only went to this hotel once and don't want other tourists to experience the same. It's better to find another hotel. The first and only place in Surat.
