English: Hotel located 50 meters from the T1 tram line that quickly connects you to the main attractions of Istanbul (if you want you can also move on foot, Sultanahmet is a 20 minute walk). Very convenient for getting around, even in the less touristy but very fascinating neighborhoods of Fatih, Fener and Balat. Among other things, one of the managers kindly lent us the Istanbulkart on his own initiative that we only had to recharge at the machines. Very clean rooms, you can walk barefoot in them, the towels are changed every day and every day three bottles of water are left for the return in the evening. Plenty of soaps for hygiene. Very rich and varied breakfast buffet in choice: from sweet, to savory, to fruit, to vegetables. Breakfast is served on the top floor on a relaxing terrace with a beautiful view of the city. All positive therefore, but the real strength of this Hotel is the staff that I thank from the first to the last: manager, receptionist and cleaning staff. I remember Sun and Vladimir, but I don't mention all of them only because as an Italian the names are more difficult for me to remember and I apologize to them. Friendly, very kind people, always smiling and available to have a chat and advise you on how to best organize your vacation. I emphasize that when I mean best it is best for the guest, optimizing the visit and the budget, even with public transportation, without absolutely pushing you towards package solutions as others perhaps do. For arrival and return they organized transportation to the hotel and to the airport with a van at an agreed price and then also discounted on site. Special people who in a place you don't know make your visit easier and who I will always carry in my heart with their smiles and their friendliness until the next trip to Istanbul.
