Really nice, very easy to get along with at the front desk

Я с таким никогда не сталкивалась. Ничего хуже мне ещё не попадалось. Начнем с того, что наш номер находился на 3 этаже. В гостинице нет лифта, зато есть очень узкая винтовая лестница и нет тех, кто мог бы помочь с багажом. Один пожилой сотрудник попытался нам помочь, но выдохся на первом же пролете. Номер оказался очень маленьким, фото на сайтах не соответствуют действительности. И он был трехместным, хоть мы и бронировали двухместный. А это значит, что и так небольшое пространство было занято третьей кроватью. На это место можно было бы поставить чемоданы, но увы. Пол просто ужас. Перед ванной вообще весь облезлый и вздутый.  Санузел маленький, никакой шторки/перегородки отделяющий душ от унитаза нет.  Принимаешь душ и всё, о посещение туалета можно забыть, пока всё не высохнет, ведь унитаз весь мокрый. И нет ничего, чем можно было бы это протереть. Ни тряпки, ни швабры. Шумоизоляции нет вообще никакой, слышно всё. Персонал не владеет английским от слова совсем. Спрашивали по телефону утюг. Сказали, что нет. Спустились вниз и показали, что нам нужно, сразу нашли. Завтрак должен быть с 7.00, но по факту с 7.30.  Я правда недоумеваю, откуда у этого отеля нормальный рейтинг.

I've never encountered anything like this. I've never come across anything worse. Let's start with the fact that our room was on the 3rd floor. The hotel does not have an elevator, but there is a very narrow spiral staircase and no one to help with luggage. One elderly employee tried to help us, but got exhausted on the first flight. The room turned out to be very small, the photos on the websites do not correspond to reality. And it was a three-seater, although we had booked a double. This means that the already small space was occupied by a third bed. It would be possible to put suitcases in this place, but alas. Paul is just terrible. In front of the bath, he was completely shabby and bloated. The bathroom is small, there is no curtain/partition separating the shower from the toilet. You take a shower and that’s it, you can forget about going to the toilet until everything is dry, because the toilet is all wet. And there is nothing that can be used to wipe it off. No rag, no mop. There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear everything. The staff doesn't speak English at all. They asked for an iron over the phone. They said no. They went downstairs and showed us what we needed, and found it right away. Breakfast should be from 7.00, but in fact it is from 7.30. I really don't understand how this hotel got such a good rating.

駅や商店街に近くて便利でした。フロントスタッフはとても親切でした♪
ホテルの前には公園があり、景観も良かったです。
地下鉄駅やトラムの駅、バス停も全て徒歩5分くらいで、移動が便利でした♪
値段も手頃、朝食も美味しかったです。

Very small room, but enough for a rest at night, one person can live.
