Response from Property: Your statement is untrue. The hotel rooms are on the2nd to 4th floors, and there are no rooms on the 5th floor. You did not mention any staff member that you needed to be smoke-free when you booked and checked in. The staff warmly welcomed you, helped you with yourluggage, and provided pick- up and drop-off services to the scenic spots. You booked a special singleroom, and the webpage said it was a special small room with an inner window. You said you wanted to cancel the order, and the front desk took the initiative to upgrade you to a larger room for free. You don't need to thank me, but you shouldn't blame me either. This is robbery.

During your stay, there happened to be a very bad snowstorm in Wudang Mountain, and the air conditioning will be slower to heat. Guests in the other 42 rooms did not report that the air conditioning was not hot. In fact, if you have any dissatisfaction, you can go to the bar and find the front desk to deal with it. It will be no problem to cancel the reservation and refund the room fee in full. It is not cost-effective for you to stay there and pay the room fee if you are not satisfied. The room rate of 400 is untrue. We do not have such high room rates during the Spring Festival Golden Week. You can contact the website and provide your payment records for a refund. Charging downstairs is not a hotel benefit. There is a reminder that charging is 1.5 yuan/kWh. The State Grid 500 meters away is 1 yuan/kWh. You can choose. During the Spring Festival, there are many tourists and breakfast is only available from 5am to 9am. If you don't book breakfast or it's past the breakfast time, the breakfast will definitely be cold and there will be fewer varieties. But you can also talk to the front desk and they will heat up the porridge or provide you with other meals.
