Everything is nice in this hotel, room are clean, breakfast is good, at the reception are always willing to help if needed

Excellent accommodation and great service, I recommend it.

This hotel is near Taksim square and it is easy to walk from hotel to Esteghlal street. Room was good. Breakfast was very simple.

It was in good location. Good staff. Good breakfast. But room is small.

Towels look that they are used many times Bed sheet are not changed Breakfast is acceptable

Abnormally bad rooms, right next to them wall to wall the house is being torn down from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. buzzing in the head. Room not clean Equipment partly broken Never again.

Stayed with a child for one day, it was difficult to find, as there are many hotels in the area, we walked in circles for 2 hours. The room is clean, warm, but the towels are old, there is no carpet on the floor, there were no towels for the floor either, there is no mini bar, although the room is considered a suite. Breakfast is standard for Turkey, but I got a hair in naginas, I couldn’t eat anymore. Close to the square, where there are many restaurants and shops, havaisbus stop to Sabiha airport in 6 minutes on foot. The staff is friendly, they printed boarding passes without any problems, the Internet catches throughout the territory.

we stayed one week in this hotel, It is not as clean as it is in the photos, it does not have a minibar, and the bathroom was very dirty. The blanket and sheets were dirty and stained. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. breakfast was good.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights,there was no shelf in the refrigerator on our room,the room was cramped as you can see in the photo,they didn’t put slipper in the bathroom .no cooperation from the staff,the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

This Hotel is in a dirty area however is closed to Taksim. Entrance and stairs was very dark and not clean with very small and dirty reception area. The Two number of elevators are not able to carry more than 2 people each. very poor breakfast, not changing bed sheet every day, very bad and unprofessional service, and I strongly beloved the working staffs have not had any hotel hospitality knowledge. Do not trust this Hotel photos at all and this is NOT a four stars Hotel. May I say this is 1 star Hotel. They stored baggage on staircase. Do NOT waste your money.

My rate would be almost 0 as this hotel is the worst! Filthy and cramped room with almost low quality equipments. Very simple and sometimes cold breakfast and not helpful staff! I stayed here a week and I do not recommend it to anyone even my enemies!!! My bathroom got leaking walls after a day raining!!!!!

Location was great near the Taksim square. Breakfast was good not so much, I expect more better. The biggest problem is not changing the bed sheets during the stay. The staff were kind and helpful so you can ask them to help you in every case. Finally it was good.

no cooperation from the staff and the management the hotel rooms and bathrooms are not clean the bedsheets full of hair the restaurant staff was so rude turning off the lights while guest having the breakfast and giving attitude

I chose this hotel for the second time. I like everything - the room is bright and clean, the furniture, the bed is large and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful at night despite the proximity to Taksim. This time they upgraded the room category for free. Thanks to the Basel receptionist
