Good hotel

Location is abit far from main attractions otherwise pretty good.

We waited at the reception, the room did not seem clean enough. The plug was out in the open. Slippers and duvet were insufficient and basic. Other than that, it was enough for one night.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the front desk service was also very good.

Upon arrival we found a broken door. We were locked in the room for a while because we couldn't open the door. We had to get outside help. After a complaint, this was immediately resolved. The wifi is bad there. Almost no connection in your room. You could only send messages via WhatsApp with the connection. You can forget about calling or watching videos on YouTube. Furthermore, it is very noisy. You hear people talking and walking along the aisles. The food in the restaurant is tasty. Furthermore, when checking out, there was no one at the counter. I told one of the employees that I wanted to check out. I was told that the receptionist would be back in 5 minutes. This was not the case. After waiting for 20 minutes, I put the key on the counter because my taxi was already there. Unfortunately, this is not a reason for me to return.

Location, hotel cleanliness and comfort are great
