Very poor service, the location was very bad, no taxis could find the hotel and was very hard to find a taxi from the hotel. The rooms were in awful condition, very unclean and in need of evaluation. The wi-fi didn’t work for 2 days and breakfast wasn’t provided until i demanded it. The rooms had an awful smell and were very old. Do not recommend to anyone. Not a 4 star hotel

The room was clean as pictures posted. The ceiling in the room is very high, so it was very spacious and comfortable. The Marmara Sea was visible from the window, which was very beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly and thank you very much for helping me.

The rooms were totaly different from what were in the pictures. Too small and the bed and pillow was terrible. The SPA were not exist. It was no star Hotel not 4 start hotel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The service quite good. The environment is perfect. The location is in the middle of center.the hotel have a good servicer. 10 points.

Hotel room is not clean properly I booked jacuzzi suit but jacuzzi is not work there no phone in room for which we can contact to reception WiFi is not work the door of washroom is broken shower is broken

We were looking for hotel with parking that not too far away from istanbul and this hotel meets the criteria since we can only return our car on the next day and istanbul's parking is very expensive. The hotel seems new - the room was comfortable and the staff at the lobby was very helpful. I only stayed for one night hence not looking for shops or restaurant nearby. If you are concern about eatery, you may want to do some checking first.

❌❌❌So it's supposedly a hotel. ❌The beds are hard as rocks.. everywhere is dirty and the bed sheets are stained. The only person downstairs doesn't know a bit of Turkish.. Breakfast will come to our room. We're thinking of leaving in the morning without eating. Oh, it's night and you fell asleep in a hard as rocks bed, this time you'll wake up to the sounds of laughter and talking.

I liked that there was a minimum of disturbance from the staff. It wouldn’t hurt to pick up the trash and plates after breakfast every 2 days.

Low budget hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel, air conditioning worked well.

I understand why the review score is low The building is clean and close to the metro. Other than that, everything else is a downside Nearby, there is also a restaurant and an automobile complex. I'm not even one housekeeper, I'm the one in the bathroom. Bichu Hammi Day

There was no place to hang a jacket or a hair dryer, which should be in every hotel room.
