The check in process is fast and the services is considered good. The room is not worth the value that we pay.... Minimum amenities provided with no fridge and room cleanliness needs attention.

Hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is far from the city center. Stayed for one night for a short layover. Room was clean and new. Phone data connection the was very very weak in the area, although wifi was very good. Service was superb, as the front desk lady kindly arranged takeaway breakfast and suggested time to leave for the airport.

The location is so-so for me. I should have known it was far from the city but I didn’t do my homework. The hotel itself was the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in so far. Absolutely beautiful.

The whole environment, hygiene, service and breakfast are far beyond expectations. The front desk staff and cleaning lady are very considerate. I will stay here again when I come to Lanzhou on business. The beef noodles for breakfast are especially good. I always have two bowls. Haha
