First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home

The hotel environment is great, and it provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. The security is very strict. There are government agencies and embassies around. It is one of the top hotels in the area. The breakfast is also rich, which is accustomed to by Chinese people.

Marriott is the most suitable hotel for Islamabad. The hotel has good security measures, guests can be met in the lobby, the surrounding environment is very quiet, and the service staff are all very friendly.

The facilities are aging but the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft and fluffy. The Thai restaurant was good so I would recommend it.

The breakfast is OK, the room hygiene can be improved, and the overall equipment is too old. The price/performance ratio is not high
