I've traveled to Europe and the Middle East, and this might be the most expensive bottled water I've ever had on any trip."

"I stayed here because my flight was early. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking, including pots, plates, and cups, which was great. A room was available, so I was upgraded. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the staff on the night shift were rude. The hotel was supposed to cover the cost of an Uber ride to the airport, but I found out later that I had to ask the hotel to make the reservation, so I ended up paying for it myself. I recommend telling the hotel front desk when booking an Uber."

"I would like to request a correction to the hotel name first. It is not Courtyard Marriott Los Angeles LAX El Segundo, but Sonesta select lo Angeles LAX EL segundo. I heard the name was changed about two years ago. When taking the shuttle from LAX airport, I tried to board by showing ”Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX El Segundo,” but ended up getting off several times while carrying heavy luggage. Please check the shuttle bus carefully before boarding. There is a Sonesta shuttle bus, but it is for a different location. Please look carefully at the shuttle bus photo before boarding. Please book your arrival time at the airport the day before. The breakfast is more of a simple snack than a proper breakfast. If you expect a proper breakfast, you will be greatly disappointed. IN-N-OUT Burger is 3 to 4 minutes away. To get to Santa Monica Beach, you can take the K Line light rail, which is 10 minutes away, and transfer to the E Line."

"Overall, the environment is quite good. It's close to the airport and convenient for getting on the highway. There's a parking lot, though the fee is a bit high, around $30 or $35 a night. The breakfast staff were very proactive and nice. I'd definitely book this place again. The soundproofing could be better; you can hear conversations from the next room if they're talking loudly."

"The room environment was quite good and clean. A lady at the front desk was also very nice and easy to talk to. There's also a pool outside and a free shuttle service, though I did see some people tipping the shuttle driver. I arrived at 11 AM and they allowed me to check in immediately. I stayed on the second floor, and while there's no elevator, it wasn't a big deal since it was only the second floor. When I called for the shuttle after arriving at the airport, they said it would take 25 minutes to get there. You just need to book the shuttle for your departure the next morning when you check in. Overall, it's pretty good 👍 The only minor issue was that the wake-up call service didn't call me in the morning, but I woke up early anyway so it wasn't needed."

My family is a Chinese tourist family visiting from Japan. 1. Unprofessional Check-in and Excellent Assistance My family checked into the hotel shortly after 9:00 PM on November 26th. The front desk was staffed by a slightly overweight lady who was not wearing glasses. She took a cursory look at my ID and informed me, with a very cold and indifferent attitude, that she could not find my reservation. I was confused and had to present my English reservation confirmation to a male colleague next to her, who immediately located my information and completed the check-in efficiently. I want to sincerely thank this male staff member for his professional help and, specifically, for warmly recommending the hotel restaurant when he learned my child was very hungry after missing dinner on the flight. The dinner was delicious, and his recommendation was greatly appreciated. 2. Malicious Mishandling of Package (USPS Tracking: 9*********************) My primary complaint concerns the female staff member’s subsequent behavior regarding a package I had shipped to the hotel. The package, a USPS delivery, was delivered and confirmed received by the front desk on November 21st. I had contacted the hotel multiple times before shipping, and a staff member named Mr. Kane confirmed the package would be held for me. When I asked the female staff member for my package, she not only denied its existence and stated she couldn't find an employee named ”Kane,” but she also told me to contact the courier company myself. She even claimed she did not recognize the address as the hotel's, despite the email showing clear delivery confirmation. Fortunately, a friendly, slightly older female staff member (wearing glasses), possibly a supervisor, intervened. While I was at a loss, this kind employee appeared with my package. When I questioned the first staff member about why she had denied having it, she immediately resorted to a blatant lie, claiming, ”This is a UPS package, not USPS.” The box was clearly marked USPS. If failing to find the reservation was an accident, then deliberately lying to prevent me from retrieving my confirmed package is an act of blatant malice. I do not know if this unacceptable behavior was due to my Asian appearance or other prejudice, but it is entirely inappropriate for a service professional. While the actions of this specific employee were disgraceful, I must also mention that my child was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and breakfast, and we greatly enjoyed the rest of our stay. I trust that you will investigate this serious matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that employees who demonstrate such dishonesty and lack of integrity are not in a position to serve your valued guests in the future. "Facilities were very clean. Room was very comfortable. I only ate at FLORA but the drinks and food were very good. The view was fantastic and it was nice to relax in the sun! The staff were excellent; everyone was very friendly and helpful and had some nice conversations. The check-in texts weren't intrusive which was appreciated. I can't remember where yall purchased the local baked goods, but the chocolate cookie was amazing! Location was perfect as it was near SOFI Stadium and near the airport. The area was quiet and other than the person above me being somewhat loud, the noise level was low."

"When checking in, pay attention to the map and know which building your room is, otherwise you will find a long time parking is free. You can cook and boil hot water in the suite."

"I slept like a baby here! At first I found it a bit dark in the room but it was very comfy. Their reception was very accomodating and even helped me print out documents I needed for work. The free popcorn in the lobby was definitely a plus! The only down side was they forgot to put a hairdryer in my bathroom so I had to call them to request one but they brought it up right after. The location is also superb right next to a lot of food options, Walgreens, and Ralph’s."

"This hotel is relatively close to the airport. We drove to the departure level by ourselves. It took 10 minutes due to a bit of traffic jam. The parking fee was a bit expensive, costing 30 dollars a day."
