CcapsicumThe location is very good, right next to the floating mosque. The sea view room can also see the sailing club.
The service is also very good. The front desk helped us call a buggy bus to take us to the mosque (although it is only a few minutes walk)

GGuest UserThe TV was out of order and required a technician, who was only available in the morning. My reservation included breakfast, yet I was asked to pay for one person's breakfast, as they insisted the booking only covered one. This charge was upheld even after reviewing the bill. Furthermore, the parking was very cramped, and the lower levels were closed for maintenance.

Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic.
Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 3N 4D, i even called day before of the check in asking if they were gonna provide towels. Unfortunately when i came there tjere was no towels provided. If you turn on the “TIDY me UP” button before you leave the room and when you come back the room is the same as it is. The room smells like cigarette also please note.
