Maafushi Hotels with Wifi

"The biggest drawback of this hotel was the constant buzzing of the air conditioning, which gave me a headache. The room itself was decent, with a balcony where clothes dried overnight. We booked an island hopping tour with Kani and had a great time, although we happened to be on a very crowded trip with about 20 people, completely filling the boat. The nurse shark experience was done one family at a time, and then the drone footage was taken one person at a time. The downside of so many people was how time-consuming it was. The night fishing was pretty good, with about ten people, and quite fun. Afterwards, we had fried rice and one fish per person at the hotel's ground floor restaurant. Don't have high expectations for food in the Maldives; it's definitely not as tasty as in China, but it's not bad and fills you up."

"One of the best hotels on Maafushi Island. The hotel arranges airport transfers from Velana International Airport, complete with full assistance – luggage handling and refreshing drinks. They are accommodating with early check-ins without extra charges. The hotel has its own Bikini Beach, which is cleaned daily. A wonderful breakfast is included, depending on your booking rate."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Velana Beach Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed exploring Maafushi, walking through the charming streets, and experiencing the local island atmosphere. The snorkeling trip was definitely a highlight beautiful ocean views, marine life, and such a fun experience! Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would happily come back again. "Actually I never write BAD REVIEWS , just because one people “That Woman on Receptionist” Start from Arriving (check in ) I paid for speed boat & tax fee she looked me from up with empty eye glaring of coz with no smile like usually hotelier specially in reception. Go to room , my room have AC dripping ( floor wet ) my porter quickly call engineer ( thank you both of you so nice and quick job to handle ) but AC still dripped for 2 nite I stay ( but I don’t complain so ignored and put towel under AC ) And just realized my Room Key Card only has one , put side door for automatic lights your room so when you go out you need take out and all room is turn off. So on dinner time I go to reception and ask for spare key so when I back I have AC. That woman staff said “ NO WE ONLY HAVE ONE FOR GUEST, YOU CAN ASK US AND OPEN DOOR FOR YOU WHEN YOU EVERYTIME YOU BACK TO ROOM “ With Jaw open seriously? She strictly say YES ( and of coz without smile only glare ) So after dinner am ask her for call other staff open my room , need wait outside room 10mnt when Male Staff come I say to him “ did you have other options for open door without call you everytime I go outside?” Thank you for Him , he take seperate card for my door so I have key when I go outside. Last for CHECK OUT : my flight on 8:30pm so I booked my speedboats on ARENA , they said I boarding on 5pm and later she change on 4pm. I’m asking again can’t I have late check out for 1hr so I don’t need outside to much long because so hot. Straight say NO , because guest arrive on 1pm no options only say you can put luggage at reception. Woww .. no I don’t argue just said really ? That’s why I cancelled my speedboats back airport ticket ( not yet paid ) I said I don’t need speedboad , and I go to KAANI PALM HOTEL , they offer me Lounge for $10 ( you can shower to ) so can relax inside with AC and I booked speedboat with KAANI PALM HOTEL. Thank you for Kaani Hotel for you many options give to me. All ARENA STAFF is Nice from Boarding arrived in airport and All staff restaurant is really nice and helpful but because one spot of This Princess Lady Reception am sorry I make this Bad comment. hi lady receptionist I think you know me who write this comment, I just feeling DID YOU RASIS with me ??? Because am not glamor white skin fairly Chinese ? Am only Darkskin Chinese Indonesian?"

"A cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything meets expectations. The room is clean and comfortable with good soundproofing, which is very important. The location is excellent, with all amenities within walking distance. Breakfasts are provided, and they are varied and delicious."

"The hotel was incredibly easy to find, practically right in front of me as soon as I arrived in Maafushi. It was so close to the airport that I didn't have to wander around at all after my transfer, which was a huge relief with all my luggage. Its accessibility also made it super convenient for tours and getting around during my stay. There were tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite or just relaxing. The location was ideal for soaking in the Maafushi vibe. A big plus was the really fast Wi-Fi; I had no issues using the internet, and uploading photos or streaming videos during my trip was completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. The pool was well-maintained and pleasant to use, and the panoramic views of Maafushi from there were absolutely stunning. My only minor gripe was that I didn't find the staff to be exceptionally friendly, which was a bit of a letdown. However, overall, the convenience and location of this accommodation made it a thoroughly satisfying stay."

"Wonderful hotel. Spacious room, nothing extra. Special thanks for the quality of the pillows, you fall asleep literally as soon as you put your head on it. Soft comfortable bed. Breakfast is prepared practically in front of you. Very tasty. I especially liked the tuna with coconut flakes. The hotel territory is small, but it looks atmospheric. The staff is friendly, helpful. At night I wanted to drink tea with sweets, despite the late time of day, they accompanied me and showed me the store 😅🤌. You need to understand that this is not a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and atmosphere."

"We originally booked Kaani Beach Hotel but we were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to Kaani Palm Beach with a sea-view room. The view was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special! 🌊😍 The staff were friendly and welcoming and we had a really enjoyable experience overall. We also booked our water sports tour package through the hotel and we had a lot of fun during the excursions. One small tip: you can also book tours outside the hotel in Maafushi, where you may find them a little cheaper. But for us, the convenience of booking through the hotel was worth it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Kaani Palm Beach for a relaxing and memorable stay in Maafushi! ❤️"

"Upon arrival, the hotel staff was already waiting at the pier. Upon arrival, we were given juice and wet towels, and our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel manager told us that it was more economical to eat in local currency on the island, and it was indeed true. Late in the evening, the manager even came to exchange our money, and the exchange rate was very favorable. Relaxing on the sofa in the hotel lobby, enjoying the sea breeze, was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a different menu every day. The breakfast latte was especially delicious. When we left, they even packed our breakfast and brought it to the pier. What a thoughtful touch."
