"The hotel is next to Gotemba station. And there is shuttle bus to outlet. Is convenient. The triple room size is reasonably fine for 3 person. With 2 big luggages once open not must space to move about. Reached ard 8pm and no parking lot at hotel carpark. Need to park outside about 2/3 mins drive away and it dark difficult to find the carpark even thought instruction given. Nee to pay 1300 yen. Front desk, breakfast place, pay laundry machine, water dispenser all at level 1. Quite small areas. Overall is fine since we only stay for a night"

The hotel is very reasonably priced for the view, quality, space, and experience you get, making it excellent value for money. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with large windows that really let you enjoy the scenery. The view from lobby is crazy beautiful.
It’s also just next to Gotemba premium outlets!
The private onsen is a big plus—perfect for relaxing in privacy while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Overall, Hotel CLAD combines great views, comfort, and affordability, and is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Gotemba. Highly recommended.

"Ctrip's service made check-in incredibly smooth; I just needed to present my passport. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Station's west exit. The room was a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. A major plus was the men's communal bath on the first floor; daily soaks and showers there were incredibly refreshing and helped me unwind after a long day. The laundry room was conveniently located directly across from the bath. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was sufficient."

"The most satisfying hotel of this trip! The room offers an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji, a truly breathtaking sight. It's within walking distance to the outlet mall, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and clothing shops nearby, plus a forest park. They offer free curry beef rice in the evenings and free coffee and tea at the front desk. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, though the hot springs are a bit basic. "What a dream! A true hidden gem - i wish we booked for more than one day :( our room had a sauna and a jetted tub plus a microwave and fridge, breakfast table, sofa and water fountain as well as a humongous TV! We also took advantage of the free laundry services they have!

"The location is excellent, and the free parking was very convenient. Waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside our window was truly wonderful. "Highly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !!
the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up
hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though

SSJzuopinThe hotel's location is a bit out of the way, right near a highway exit, but there's a huge outlet mall nearby, and I had a very fruitful shopping trip there 😄. The hotel's cleanliness and service were quite good; it's been open for over 10 years, but it still feels as new as ever. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel's dining service exceeded expectations, the teppanyaki was superb 👍. I was also lucky enough to see Mount Fuji 🗻 from the hotel!

PPINYOThe hotel is in the good location that is not far from the train and bus station. But if there is a service which can allow the checked out clients use the shower or onsen fasciitis (although the clients must pay for), I think it may be better service and make us be more appreciated.

GGuest UserWe had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

YYuuhi TenshiThis hotel has a shuttle bus service that requires reservations. They said that they would not accept guests who are late. But it turned out that the staff came to pick me up in a private car. I was scared to death.
I originally booked this hotel because I could enjoy the view of Mount Fuji while soaking in the hot spring in the room..
But I finally found out that I had to go to the front desk to sign up on a first-come, first-served basis before I could go to the designated room. Fortunately, the sky was cloudy on the two days I checked in, otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. But I think this is a translation error, and I hope the relevant parties will correct it as soon as possible.
The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast is so rich that I can't finish it (plus I added sushi, wagyu burgers and crab sticks). They can also help me make reservations for horse riding experiences nearby. Thank you so much^^

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are on the smaller side; there's only enough space to fully open one 24-inch suitcase. However, some rooms offer stunning views of Mount Fuji from their windows. There's a complimentary hot spring (onsen) available. The location is a bit remote, so to get to Gotemba Premium Outlets, you'll need to ask the front desk to arrange a taxi, which costs approximately 1100 JPY. The Outlets themselves feature many major brands, offering fantastic shopping with very friendly prices, including numerous Japan-exclusive items. For a quick meal, a McDonald's is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk away.

Breakfast starts at 7 am, and I missed it for two days. 😥 One day I had to take the 6:45 am bus to Subashiriguchi 5th Station, and one day I had to catch the 7:05 am train... CCrystalzhongA great transit hotel. There is Mount Fuji in front of the hotel. There is a station in front of the hotel with free buses to Gotemba Outlets. Gotemba Outlets is really good for shopping. The next day I went to the outlets and I could take a ride back to Gotemba Station.
You can go to the outlets in front of Mount Fuji and stroll around, because it is very convenient and cheap. There is also a soba noodle restaurant called Kintaro near the hotel. It is super delicious and many celebrities have been there. It will be there in a short while.

JJIANGFENGI didn't notice that this was a B&B when I made a reservation. It was a suite in the residential building. It was difficult to find without a prominent logo. Fortunately, I met a passionate Japanese who helped us find it. There is a KTV in the building, which is quite noisy at night.

GGuest UserWe ended up staying overnight at short notice and made a reservation for around 7:30pm on the day, but they were already ready and accommodating.
The bath was really nice.
There were a lot of high school students there on a training camp, but they were all very polite and well-behaved, so we didn't mind the student group at all.
We borrowed the board game Life and played it with our family every night.
