The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.

It is what you can expect from a Dormy Inn : lots of freebies, a comfortable room and a bathhouse area with the bonus point of having a good Mount Fuji view especially if you get the rooms facing the right side.
The hotel's clearly geared for people who drive, there is two main carpark areas but it can get filled up quite quickly during peak holiday periods. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent as expected from a Dormy Inn. There is a nice late night soba service and popsicles in the evening. Location wise, it is only a short drive away from the Gotemba Premium Outlets and some local sights. It is located next to Chichibunomiya Memorial Park with a former villa. The hotel is also pretty new.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful family holiday.
It takes around 5-8 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi from Gotemba station. The hotel also offers reliable shuttle bus service.
It’s nicely located and designed for guests to enjoy the spectacular view of Mt Fuji wherever you go in the hotel, whether you’re having breakfast, bathing in the onsen, drinking coffee in the lounge or staying in your room. Staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic.

Glad to stay here. Definitely recommend for those who are driving and planning to stay at Gotemba area. Hotel is relatively new, room was big, the double bed is bigger, not the semi-double beds in most Japan hotels so is comfortable for two.
Was surprised by what we get....there is cold udon dinner! Ice cream, coffee and Fuji mineral water are available at the reception. Breakfast buffet spread had Japanese breakfast choices, bread, coffee, juice and cereal. Hot bath is small, is good enough for us to relax after a day of traveling.
Service was superb! All of them are so welcoming.
On a clear day, we can see Mount Fuji on 4th level. View is blocked by some cables though. Overall, a good stay as we get to enjoy the evening with dinner, Onsen, ice cream, and a good night rest.

Since we took bus at JR Gotemba, we called the hotel earlier for the pick up service. And unfortunately the bus was late, we could not meet the car anymore. We then asked the tourist information Ctr to call. ( tips to all tourists)

I loved the hotel, services and amenities was wonderful, food is great, rooms clean and nice with beautiful view on Mt Fuji! Onsens was also an amazing experience, just the location for local transfer is a little far away.

I recently had a wonderful vacation at a glamping hotel near Mount Fuji and left with unforgettable memories. This hotel provides a new accommodation experience and allows me to feel the beauty of nature. The setting is very beautiful, surrounded by dense woods and stunning mountain views. I was able to enjoy a comfortable bed and full bathroom in a luxurious tent while still being able to feel the ambiance of nature. The weather was perfect and sunny, allowing me to enjoy a barbecue and campfire outdoors. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. This glamping experience left a wonderful impression on me and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and experience a unique stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and I got breakfast and a complimentary drink per day included. My room had a view on Mount Fuji which I climbed up during my stay! It’s only a 5 minute walk away from Gotemba station where the busses to Fuji depart. I will stay here again if I come back.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warmth of home - the front desk lady smiled kindly, checked in in three minutes, and upgraded the high-rise view room! The room design is simple and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the city skyline. When night falls, soaking in the bathtub and watching the bright lights is simply a movie-level enjoyment! The bedding is as soft as clouds, and I feel refreshed after a deep night's sleep.

BBY哥One of the flattest hotels in Gotemba, there is a surprise! We booked the largest room, which has a sauna, a super large jacuzzi, and an 85-inch TV and audio and video. It's much bigger than expected! The hotel also has billiards, table tennis, karaoke, and a bunch of comics! Suitable for a large Seto hotel👍👍There is a parking lot, and it only takes 7 minutes to drive to and from Gotemba outlet, very close👍

JJanetWe had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

1. Very accessible to the JR Gotemba train and Gotemba Eki bus stations (they are just across the hotel. Nice great restaurants around this hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a pretty good chain hotel. I spent 8 days in Tokyo and stayed at the same Toyoko INN for 6 nights. It's small but complete with everything. There's a buffet breakfast every day. I suggest you book this hotel a few days in advance, especially on Saturday and Sunday nights. It's quite expensive if you can't make a reservation at the last minute! It takes a while to walk from the subway station exit. It's quite convenient to walk in a straight line. It should take 15 minutes to get there.

HHarusosoThe hotel is located in Gotemba Kogen Building. Gotemba is considered a tourist attraction. After all, there is nothing to do in Gotemba except the outlet. However, there are two or three hot springs near this hotel. I went to Kirakubo and it was nice. There is a light show at night. You can also visit various small shops during the day. There are bakeries, coffee shops, cocoa shops, and light food shops. You can arrange to stay here for one or two days. It is also convenient to go to the outlet. It is quiet and comfortable. The price is still very cheap.
