"The hotel is relatively close to the outlets, though it's still a bit of a walk. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out our luggage! We had fantastic, direct views of Mount Fuji from the hotel. Upon check-in, each person received a complimentary bottle of water and a pumpkin soup. However, the downside is that dining options are quite a distance away, and even convenience stores require a bit of a walk."

"Very Big Room with Fuji Mountain View. The staffs are very nice. Once I forgot the room card and phone to went to Onsen, a staff helped me check my identity and opened the door for me. On the check-in, our toilet door has some problems and I reported to the staff. A manager came very soon, check the door and tell us there was not engineer at that moment and she proposed room swapping for us. As it's a minor problem, we declined the offer.
In general, this is the most luxury hotel in Japan I've been. Really enjoy the hotel and Onsen."

PPinRIt was around 20:00 PM. We arrived there. The reception was welcoming. Room was clean and equipped with furnitures as mentioned in the booking site. Mt.Fuji is viewed clearly from the balcony when the weather is clean. Overall, the stay was satisfying and comfortable.

MMake My DayChose this hotel as it is near walking distance from the Gotemba station where it is the meeting point for the Mt Fuji hike. The hotel is simple, decent size room for a comfortable stay.
You can actually have a lovely view of Mt Fuji just outside the hotel front.
It is also within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop where there is a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. You can easily spend the whole day shopping and having your meals at the Outlet.

GGuest UserWe booked a Toyoko Inn during the summer, especially on a weekend. Rooms were incredibly hard to come by, and we booked a triple room over a month in advance. The price was quite high. We were drawn to the hotel's free shuttle to Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge, a route that's quite expensive even for tour buses. The direct shuttle is faster than the tour bus, and if you're going to Yamanakako, you can also book a return shuttle to Mishima Station, making it a very good value. The hotel only offers free luggage storage for the day; it doesn't offer pre-booked or next-day storage. Our first day fell on a long Japanese holiday, so breakfast was packed and we had to take it to our room. The next day, we were very satisfied. The hotel is located at the north exit, while most restaurants and shops are at the south exit, so it's not directly accessible. The round trip takes about 15 minutes. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus from both the north and south exits, which was very convenient. We also booked a mini-pass, which gives us free entry and exit, which was incredibly convenient.

This hotel provides a new accommodation experience and allows me to feel the beauty of nature. The setting is very beautiful, surrounded by dense woods and stunning mountain views. I was able to enjoy a comfortable bed and full bathroom in a luxurious tent while still being able to feel the ambiance of nature. The weather was perfect and sunny, allowing me to enjoy a barbecue and campfire outdoors. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. This glamping experience left a wonderful impression on me and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and experience a unique stay.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very convenient, just across the road from JR Gotemba Station. The shuttle bus station to Gotemba is just across the JR station. There is also a large drugstore and sports brand factory store nearby (selling Adidas, Nike, Mizuno, etc., but I didn't go there because I was in a hurry), and even Tora-ya. The room is indeed very old, and the sanitary conditions are average, similar to the level of hotels in small county towns in China. The breakfast is rich, the service is pretty good, and the sister at the front desk seems to be Sister Eri in the Japanese drama ”Hotspot” I watched recently. I don't think there is anything wrong with this location and price.

MM250030****Seeing that it was a new hotel with a good price, I booked a room. It was very convenient to find the hotel. I took the free shuttle bus from the outlet and got off at the first stop, Tomei Gotemba, and walked for a few minutes to get there, which was very convenient. The hotel is great! The receptionist is very enthusiastic and can use Chinese and English, so everything from check-in to problem solving was very smooth. The room is large and equipped with a safe and microwave, which is very convenient. The best thing is that the room can be soaked in hot springs, which is extremely comfortable. Be sure to buy breakfast when you check in, it's worth it, you can eat until you lean on the wall! In short, it's great!

CCrystalzhongA great transit hotel. There is Mount Fuji in front of the hotel. There is a station in front of the hotel with free buses to Gotemba Outlets. Gotemba Outlets is really good for shopping. The next day I went to the outlets and I could take a ride back to Gotemba Station.
You can go to the outlets in front of Mount Fuji and stroll around, because it is very convenient and cheap. There is also a soba noodle restaurant called Kintaro near the hotel. It is super delicious and many celebrities have been there. It will be there in a short while.

Ccome with me พามาแล้วอย่าบ่นI was pleasantly surprised to find that this place offers a complimentary dinner! The menu included pork curry rice or pork curry udon—both delicious options. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The room came fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a traditional Japanese-style pajama set, which was a nice touch. There's a shared hot bath available for men only, open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
They also offer a Japanese-style breakfast buffet, which had a great variety and tasted amazing.
Additional conveniences include free parking, as well as vending machines with drinks, snacks, and beer. There's also a coin-operated washer and dryer, which came in handy during the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful stay!
