AAziz ZulkifliSpacious room 2 double bed Everyday Housekeeping Location near to Premium Outlet. Near to Highway Acess because I'm driving 2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant. Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms. Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

PPINYOThe hotel is in the good location that is not far from the train and bus station. But if there is a service which can allow the checked out clients use the shower or onsen fasciitis (although the clients must pay for), I think it may be better service and make us be more appreciated.

EEvelynIn order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious.

GGuest UserThe environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it! The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃 It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.

AAnonymous UserThe twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds. We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant. It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in. I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk.

GGuest UserBreakfast choices is limited but sufficient and taste good. Extremely good location, close to JR Station. I do recommend them to carry out interior renovation to make the facilities more modern, such as the dining room for breakfast. Staff are familiar with hotel surrounding and attempted to assist us for some of our requests. Overall is satisfactory and match the price.

GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!

GGuest UserI booked a room based on the results of a soccer match, so I searched for a cheap place that was available for weekend reservations. I'm a non-smoker, so I had no choice but to choose a room that allowed smoking, but I was very satisfied with the large public bath and the room, which had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Breakfast was less crowded than I expected, so I was able to eat it, and they even refilled my water bottle! I was impressed with the service, which really increased my satisfaction with my trip!
