"Had a enjoyable stay. Hotel is nearby train station. It's located on the quiet side of the train station. If you plan to do shopping, it's a few minutes walk to the other side of the station with all the big shops. All in all, it's a convenient location still."

HHYLeonAll rooms are quite clean , except there is some faint smell of body odour from last guest (s) that was not totally removed. Also happened to the other room I booked for my family. Bed is comfortable, but can do more by adding another pillow. Onsen is clean but no ambiance, too bright to relax in onsen.. suggest to use warm light instead of white light. Location is convenient with quite a few F&B outlets around it, needs 8mins walk to main Chiba station.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

JJRCaliLocation was great! right by the west exit for JR Chiba station - very luggage friendly station as well a 24hr Lawson right outside the 2nd floor entrance and a 7/11 down on the ground floor. Staff were polite, easy self storage for luggage by the check in area. Self check in was great, amenities and robes by the elevator before heading up and overall loation is perfect for sightseeing and oneward travels to and from Narita airport or into Tokyo.

AAdventCHenDecided to attend Tokyo Comic Con last minute and booked this hotel. Hotel prices always skyrocket when there's an event in Makuhari, so there's not much you can do about that. The hotel itself is quite old, the lobby is grand, but the front desk area is small and the service attitude wasn't great. The room size was moderate and it even had a balcony, which is quite rare. Unfortunately, it faced the parking lot, so there was no view. The facilities were a bit dated, and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The floor had new laminate, which was nice, but the downside was the noise. The hotel breakfast area was pleasant and the variety was quite good, but the taste was just average.

GGuest User這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。 當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。 實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。 說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station.There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

WwtfisheryService from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
