"We stayed at the Imperial for two nights, and overall, it was a good in all aspects. Check-in was quick and earlier than stated. The bedroom was a spacious twin, with a wet room. The breakfast had an excellent choice of fruit, cereals, bread, hot and cold drinks, and a full English breakfast to be had. Unlimited buffet breakfast for all items!
There was entertainment on Saturday and Sunday, in a grand large room.
The hotel is so convenient to walk if you wish, 20 mins to the tower.
A good all-round choice for us, at a fair price for August."

"The hotel room is bigger than the previous one ． space, good health ． out of the hotel entrance ． turn right and walk for about 8 minutes to winner garden very square. I have arrived at High Street. on the left of the hotel is near the seaside ． there is amusement ． children are happy 🥳 adults can slow down and blow the sea breeze ． and there is a large company. Lock the store KTMAX ． There may be unexpected surprises when you go in 🥰 There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel that tastes good. If you are homesick ． The proprietress is nice 👍🏻 The hotel is cost-effective ． Come back next time 👩❤️👨"

AAnonymous UserGreat location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite.
There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items.
The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner.
The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch!
I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room.
TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside.

Lots of coaches come here so pretty busy.
Be aware even if your itinerary says parking that does not mean it’s been paid. It’s an additional £3
Also I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception who booked us in but she was pretty blunt and rude.
The rest of the staff throughout was fantastic.

SSharmayneEverything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

GGuest UserWe visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

GGuest UserClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.

MMichelle j PatersonRoom was very small only had 2 side drawers so very little storage for clothing.
Room was very small for a family of 4.
There was 2 sets of bunk beds one with a double on the bottom. Very wobbly and unstable. Unfortunately the top bunk was broken and had been fixed ( if you can call it that) with a blank of wool onto mettle frame. There was broken metal sticking out of the bed frame and spars were unsafe and moved when my child climbed into it. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor which ment there was no walking space between the beds.
Toilet didn't flush properly and had to muck about with it to flush. Shower leaked when the water was turned on.
No handle on the window to open or close it properly and when I was able to close it was a fight to push it open again.
Hotel advertised breakfast but once speaking to manager was told there was no breakfast available and hotel didn't do any catering.
Hotel was very rundown and in a very ruff area. Police were in the street every nite and there was a stabbing right outside the hotel.
After speaking to other guests all rooms seemed to be in the same state of disrepair.
Would not recommend this hotel at all.
