"I booked this hotel randomly online, and it turned out to be a chain, which was a pleasant surprise. It's a relatively new hotel with excellent facilities, especially the bathroom, which even has an electric drying rack. You can hang your clothes there after washing, and they'll be dry overnight. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. There's also a subway station nearby that goes to the train station. The buffet breakfast offers a decent variety, much better than what I've had in the UK. The only downside is that the location isn't close to the main attractions, requiring about a 10-minute walk. This makes it a bit inconvenient for visiting places like the Royal Palace or the Santa Cruz neighborhood. On a side note, to get to the airport, you can take the subway to San Bernardo, and the airport bus stop is right outside the station."

"The location is excellent! It's right opposite a large supermarket and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The Palace and the Cathedral are also quite close, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, all French brand Codage. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a three-piece separation. Breakfast offers a rich variety, and the coffee is delicious. Super value for money!"

"It was a mixed bag, really. As a single room, it was spacious enough and quite clean. The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close proximity to major attractions. The staff were also good. The downsides were that the hotel gave me a terrible room. It was on the first floor, very close to the reception hall, with a small room for a vending machine to its left and a large workroom opposite. This made the room incredibly noisy! You could hear tourists talking, but mainly the staff pushing carts and talking, and the sound of water running in the workroom! Staff would even arrange items right outside my door with their carts – can you imagine all the chatter and cart noises right outside my room? Secondly, the facilities were quite old, especially the bed. Just turning over would make the entire bed shake... felt like it was going to collapse... The showerhead's switch was faulty; I had to press it hard every time to turn off the water, but then the showerhead would fall off. The rotary air conditioning dial on the wall was a bit difficult to operate. It would only work below 20 degrees Celsius; if I set it any higher, it would automatically stop. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very poor. Overall, it felt more like a lodging house you'd see in a TV drama."

"They allowed us to do an early check in. Quite a small room that was not too bright. No kettle so we had to go down to ask for one. They asked us to go to the Hotel's restaurant to get one. We don't know how to switch on the air conditioning and we lived beside the streets so we couldn't open windows to sleep. Our room's temperature was so high all of us woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. We had to open the door for a while for the cold air outside to enter to cool the room down a little. The bathtub also had no shower screen so when we shower, water would splash all over the toilet floor."

"On the day of check-in, the hotel charged a significantly higher price than what I booked, with the difference almost equivalent to a full night's stay. The hotel refused to refund the difference, citing 'fluctuating prices' and the fact that it was 'less than 24 hours before check-in.' The room itself was consistently damp, and even running the air conditioning on dehumidify mode didn't help. The damp sheets and duvet made it uncomfortable to sleep. Soundproofing in the room was poor; any noise from the corridor, especially if you're near the elevator, was easily heard inside. The hotel's location is quite convenient, however."

"I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure . "The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to most major attractions like the Metropol Parasol and the Cathedral. The hotel breakfast is decent, and at only 5.5 euros, it's quite affordable. However, the selection isn't very extensive. If you have the energy to venture out, I wouldn't recommend eating here. You can easily find cheaper and more unique breakfast options elsewhere in Seville. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, and having a private bathroom in the room is convenient. Whether you get a good night's sleep really depends on your luck, though. I happened to visit during the April Fair, and my roommates consistently returned at 3, 4, and 5 AM every night, making it impossible to maintain a normal sleep schedule. Also, I recommend bringing your own hangers, as the front desk doesn't have any to lend. I was surprised when I asked if guests ever needed to wash and hang underwear, and the front desk responded that people only stay for a few days and don't need to wash their underwear. That revelation truly shocked me for a good five minutes. 🥲"

"Despite a slightly unpleasant incident, I still want to leave a review. The kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery and pots. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm that had a hairdryer, a desk, and a separate washbasin. There are large and small lockers for each person, but you need to bring your own lock. The bathroom is private, located inside the room, and it's tiny, really tiny. There are many extra charges; luggage storage is 5 euros, and buying a lock is also 5 euros. There's a large rooftop terrace with drying racks, and the room also has a mini balcony."

"I had a lovely stay at Abba Sevilla and got a room with beautiful city views, which made the experience feel even more special. The location is great once you arrive. It is easy to get around the city, with restaurants and cafés right outside the hotel, and art and culture nearby. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop. The views over Seville are beautiful, especially at sunset. If you stay here, don’t miss the sunset from the rooftop pool — it is one of the best parts of the experience and such a beautiful spot for photos. The food was also very good, and the overall stay felt comfortable and enjoyable. One thing to note: if you have large luggage, getting to the hotel can be a little tricky because of nearby construction. But once you are checked in, the location is very convenient and easy for exploring. Overall, I would recommend Abba Sevilla for the city views, rooftop pool, sunset atmosphere, good food, and easy access to Seville."

LLye S CLocated right in the middle of shopping area, lots of restaurants. Walkable to bus station, major attractions. Good plus is great shower and Aircon bed comfy too. Counter is helpful. Only minor issues is, the digital key I got doesn't work, still use pin and the cozy rooftop pool is really tiny and water seems not that clean. Two if us got a quaroom, quite pricey for a hostel.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.

It's located far from the city center and the airport, but it's conveniently accessible by bus. The premises are clean, but there's absolutely no soundproofing, so you definitely won't be able to get a good night's rest.
