Amazing experience and place. Two women run this place and manage it beautifully. They thought of almost everything and it is perhaps due to the fact that they are women designing a place to call it home away from home. They found the hotel location in ruins and built this beautiful B&B. They preserved a moorish time wall. My husband found it on Expedia and we booked it without knowing much about it. You can walk to all main attractions including alaczar and cathedral and great night life and restaurants. You cannot go wrong. Pros: -great location and friendly hosts. -Beautiful decorations and great terrace to relax after a long day. -Breakfast available until 1 p.m that you can get when you are ready. There is a microwave and a stove so you can prepare eggs the way you like it. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day and you have access to a nice refrigerator with milk and essentials. Very clean room with all essentials AC worked beautifully You see view of the neighborhood as it is located within kissing lane area so you can truly experience Spanish living. Some rooms have really large windows Provide slippers and real keys to lock your doors along with tooth brushes, paste, and a comb. There is a little safe in the room. Cons: no elevators so it was hard to go up and down No guest service person after 12 p.m. but they have a secure location and entry through using an entry code. Your keys are left at the locked box next to your room. Small bathroom/shower but it was sufficient for us. But it is so well maintained that we didn’t need to bother the hosts much.

I advise against it. The single room was practically a storage room, without a window and only the bed could fit... the ceiling was all ”swollen” with water (we hope) and the bathroom was dilapidated! There was a smell of bathrooms in all the rooms, including the bedroom.. which, being without a window, almost feels like suffocation.. they provided a fan to keep the air flowing! I had booked 3 nights, but after the first night I left! Ok the low price, ok the shared bathroom but there are other facilities that are definitely better for the same price! There were also problems with check in, after sending passport photos the day before they didn't send me the access codes. I found myself on the street at 10 in the evening (late check in communicated to the property at the time of booking) waiting for a response. The girl on the phone was really very kind... the only positive note!

Outstanding
Day passes for the sun terrace, not a guest in the hotel. Even in the winter, Seville can have a beautiful sunny day. The sun's movement allowed a few chairs to get full sun, but it was not busy, so I got full sun. They have very friendly owners, and a bottle of water is included with the admission. I enjoyed me day and will check in when I am back in Seville.

GGuest UserStayed with my girlfriend for three nights here and could not be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have the option to book a balcony room, we highly suggest it as the rooms face outward into a peaceful street. The room was more than big enough for the two of us. There is a highly rated coffee shop located in the lobby with a variety of foods as well. Additionally, there is a gallery on the fist floor above the lobby which is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Located in the middle of the shopping district, we enjoyed walking from store to store. The historic district and Alcazar are only a 10 minute walk from this location.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to Seville train station. If you are skilled, you can walk there in 5 minutes. It is also 15 minutes walk from the city center. It is very convenient. The hotel is very clean. Check-in strictly follows the check-in time. You can store your luggage in advance. The wifi is very good Convenient ~ There are many supermarkets nearby, and there is a big one just walking to the train station with a rich variety ~

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, near all the important points of the city. The bathroom was shared by the floor where the room was located, the only bad thing is that the shower was down then you could only use it and move it with your hands, it was not kept up. The room was very comfortable, but a little noisy if you moved, or you were sitting. But in general, super recommended. The girl at the reception super attention to the questions and consultations we had.

Had a three night stay at Dona Trinidad and the place was lovely! As a solo traveler I opted for a single room with an external private bathroom, both were very clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The walls are tiled and the place is very traditional and authentic. The hidden gem is the roof terrace, both times I Went up there to read a book and have a drink, there were no other guests up there! Its the perfect place for a relax in the late afternoon sun before heading out for the evening. Staff I encountered were friendly but largely you are left to come and go as you please, just how I like it to be! Would stay again if in Seville

There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. GGuest UserGreat location and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was adequate but very basic. Had the private, en-suite room beside reception so there was quite a bit of internal noise. Two twin beds, single occupancy with bathroom, tea/coffee facilities and tv. Good shower and comfortable bed. Had booked for just one night and was happy to move on to Hostal Roma, which was €24 cheaper per night and much better.

Our flight from Dublin was delayed, and I have informed the pension by whatsapp, and it was easy to communicate with them, they were helpful, and in the end, we managed to arrive 2 min before they close but we made it ! :) The location was great, within the ”Casco viejo” (the Old Town), the staff (all 3 girls from reception we have dealt with) were absolutely lovely as well as the cleaning lady, welcoming and helpful. Our room was on the rooftop/terrace, it was so great, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, there was even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and the AC for only 5 Euro per night (we tried without the first night but we are Irish residents so not used to the heat...we had to buy it the second night). However when we arrived, we were told about the option, but they did not push for us to buy the option which I found very good from them. Brilliant stay, we would love to go back next time we are in Sevilla! Thanks for everything !

GGuest UserGood location on the edge of the old town and close to the main attractions. Reasonably priced for the area. Comfortable bed. Extremely small room. Barely enough room to step around the bed or put the suitcase on the floor. Towels provided. Shower half broken but essentially functional. WiFi good. Not the cleanest, but not filthy as some reviews suggest. Harsh lighting, like an interrogation cell. Helpful host. If you bring a car there is no parking. The Cano Y Cueto car park is 7 mins walk away, but is an eye watering 25 euros a day. Free parking is not a thing in Seville. If you can find a place that is more expensive but has free parking you would be better off there.

this hostel was the worst experience ever and they don't refund us . i have called booking at the time and they were supposed to call the hostel and and call me back: nothing till now! their customer service by email is inexistent! i have sent dozens of emails and i just get bot answers! no refund, nothing! we stayed in hostel Giraldilla (seville) 17-19/07 which is a total scam in which booking does nothing and still lists this property .... we had a reservation for 2 nights. first night we tried to do check in, they didn't answer door or phone provided on the booking platform. we called dozens of times. it is not possible to message them on the booking platform because this property is offered on booking via a partner... we have booked one night on another place .... second they we went there and saw on the door a number to call in (different from the one provided on booking!). so the only way to contact this property is indeed to go there and see the number on the door and call them... they answered and told me i had no reservation. they asked to send proof via whatsapp. i have sent and they said the code to get the keys from the box. we got in and the room was all dirty. it hasn't been cleaned since ages! we were supposed to be there last night and so no one cleans it since some long time, the bed wasn't cleaned from previous guests and it all smelled to pee. there is no one on the hostel except the guests. we have told them about this mess. the girl on whatsapp was saying her colleague was coming to clean it . we stayed outside waiting as we didn't want to go inside the room anymore. after one hour we asked again and she said her colleague didn't answer and she would go herself on a bus from the outskirts, she told us there were cleaned sheets and towels somehwere on the hostel. we went there looking for them and after some time found some sheets that didn't look that clean and only one very small towel, not sure if it was cleaned...! we realised later that they do this to all guests, everyday. every guest goes to that room and cleans their own room! we asked her again on WhatsApp multiple times when is she coming as we also wanted to sign the complaints book. we had to ask her why she was late as she never kept us informed!for 3 hours she gave excuses, all lies. after this time, she didn't answer the phone anymore....she didn't come, she said she don't provide refund and then didn't say anything and i think it blocked our phone numbers! they don't comply with the law in many aspects and especially on not providing the complaints book , this property should be closed immediately ! attached photos of how we found the room
