Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers.
My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs).
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach.
I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

The room is large and the view is very good. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, and it is very rich. The service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very complete, reaching the 5-star level.
The theme of the dinner buffet is different every day, with live music

The aparthotel is located on a hill, far from bars, restaurants, discos and other entertainment venues, the ocean is 25-30 minutes walk away, depending on how fast you walk. But in our case it was not a problem, we deliberately chose an accommodation in a quiet and peaceful place and ”with views”.
The views from the room terrace - the terrace is huge, larger in area than many rooms in Tenerife - are really beautiful.
The room itself is designed for a maximum of four - there is a kitchen-living room with a fold-out sofa and a bedroom with a huge bed. The bed mattress is hard, the blanket is heavy.
The kitchen area is equipped with all the equipment: drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, kettle. There is no dishwasher - aparthotels in France spoiled us a little.
Nearby, within a 10-minute walk, there are three supermarkets.
There is a bakery shop on the territory of the aparthotel, so you can buy fresh bread, straight from the oven, right here. The complex itself is quite large and multi-level - there are elevators on the territory, but to get to the hotel even from the nearest bus stop you always have to go up. It will be inconvenient for elderly people and families with small children.

Absolutely amazing. The architecture was beautiful and modern with exotic plants and open spaces. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Large swimming pool with bridges to lead to an island in the middle of the pool (very deep!). Rooms were clean and well appointed - enormous bed but made it feel a bit cramped. Entertainment was provided by singers performing every night (til 11pm so hard to sleep before then if room above). Nice child’s room with a trampoline, table football and air hockey. Upgraded to the preferred club option which gives access to a lounge with free drinks and snacks from 1.30-7pm which we used instead of lunch! Good breakfast buffet. Only used the evening buffet once, was reasonable but not amazing. Some of the other onsite restaurants didn’t appear to have been open all week. The position was outstanding as many good restaurants were nearby and beaches with water sports only down the road. 10/10 would definitely recommend and visit again!

Just got back from 10 nights (6th Dec to 16th Dec) at the El Mirador. So my simple review is of the prestige section of the hotel as we stopped in room 1208. Firstly firt time here in this adults ony hotel, on arrival everything looked and felt very impressive with very kind and welcoming staff, we got a basic tour before being taken to our magnificent room that had a lovely balcony with two chairs and two sun lounges. The room came with its own mini bar and wine fridege plus jars of snacks etc (the chocolate cones are amazing) these are filled up each and every day with the simple request to have more soft drinks as I dont drink alchohol also adhered too which was nice, I have to say my wife does like a glass of wine but the wine in the wine fridge was all red wine, bit starnge we thought. The sunbathing area including the little booths that contain all drinks and snacks where perfect. Breakfast in the prestige section was simply brilliant. The spa was small but if youre in pretige its free so we visited pretty much everyday. But the best bit about this hotel is the staff, nothing is too much trouble, I cant rember all the names but Jonathon (butler) Davide (waiter at breakfast) are just two out of the many amazing staff. Today is Tuesday 17th December so first day back and Ive booked to go again for 10 nights on the 8th Febuary 2025, I have also upgraded the room to a ? I think its a junior suite in the pretige section so I am so looking forward to my second visit here. P.S we ate out at the evening every night bar our final night where we ate at the hotel restaurant, It was genuinely the best meal of the holiday, the Tacos plus the Guinea fowl was to die for.

This has been the most disappointing holiday I have ever had. Please read on, but if you want my quick summary: This hotel is good in some ways, but the price is grossly wrong for the level of service it is delivering. It is a hotel of days gone by, but it has kept its outrageously high prices, and fails to deliver at almost every turn. I have stayed in hotels 1/4 the price and had better service and experience. This hotel is the definition of all fur coat and ... well you get it. We paid over £8000 GBP for 4 adults for just 6 nights stay, and this only included breakfast. This also was in the off-season of October. Overcharged on arrival: The hotel charged me twice, resulting in £140 in unnecessary bank fees. Although refunded, this mistake shouldn't have happened. Dead flowers: Wilted flowers were left all over the hotel. Unsafe conditions: Plug sockets were hanging off the walls. Filthy environment: The floors and corridors were dirty, and the grout looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. Plumbing issues: My parents' room smelled of sewage due to faulty plumbing throughout the stay. Flooded bathroom: My grandmother's shower basin was blocked with someone else's hair, causing flooding. Inaccessible for elderly: The hotel’s layout made it almost impossible for our 85-year-old grandmother to move around, contrary to what the photos suggest. Exorbitant fees: After paying over £8,000 for 6 nights, we were still charged £20 per person to play pitch and putt on the hotel's own grounds. Unhygienic breakfast: Dirty cups were used at breakfast. Shower hygiene: Previous guests' hair remained in my shower basin for the first three days. Poor poolside facilities: Towels at the pool were often ripped and frayed, yet still in use. Unsafe lifts: My mother nearly broke her arm tripping due to unsecured mats inside the lift. Inconvenient lift service: One lift was out of order, and we were told to just walk to another, without any assistance or apology. Not a 5* attitude. Not even a sign on the door to apologise for inconvenience. Waiting for lift for my elderly grandmother to be able to get down to breakfast at 9am was a nightmare. The reception just didn't care. Poor hygeine around pool: Soap dispensers appear to never have been cleaned in years. Unclean exercise area: The decking for morning stretching was covered in bird droppings that had clearly not been cleaned for months. Inadequate room service: Ordered a pasta arrabiata, which arrived as overcooked pasta with barely any sauce—a complete embarrassment. Absurd poolside restrictions: Denied food by the pool without wearing trousers, then told we had to order snacks 24 hours in advance. No basic options like crisps or fruit were available, despite charging €190 for a massage. If this hotel had of cost half the price, we would have probably overlooked these issues, but throughout the holiday we noticed more and more problems and we just feel totally ripped off. This 6 day trip was not worth

Love this hotel 2nd time visiting & just as excellent. Every single member of staff from reception, table cleaners, chefs, bar staff & the most excellent animation team were all so friendly & helpful. Reception: wonderful cheerful greeting on arrival, welcome drink & quick, friendly check-in. Rooms: bright, clean & modern, only tiny niggle our toiket flush was temperamental but maintenance guy arrived within 2mins to fix. Balcony: beautiful side sea view, only other quibble they are high & walled do can't see through them if sitting but so much going on in hotel not much time spent there anyway. Restaurants: chefs are amazing serving up outstanding food, selection is unbelievable, anything you could ever want & excellent quality. Always specials being made up & different themes each night. I particularly loved morrocan & Mexican nights. Beautiful poached eggs & salmon in morning! Different main roast meat or fish each lunch & dinner from roast turkey/ duck/ pork & crackling/ beef, all delicious. Even enough to satisfy my ver fussy kids with standard plain pastas etc. And the pancake guy works tirelessly some evenings making som brilliant creations/ fun shaped crepes, they were delighted! Even pool snack bar best I've seen on all Inc. Well stocked, hood choice & lovely sea views bit more chill for a less busy lunch. Animation: the animation team were great this yr, all so lovely. Particularly Haviere, Havi & Nino. Super enthusiatic & friendly, always engaging with guests in passing. Loved the aqua aerobics daily & bingo avo. Girls enjoyed kids club few times they went. The shows they put on themselves were really good especially greatest showman & Oceania. Outside shows were on to which were really good, magic show & acrobatics. Bar: drinks excellent on all inclusive, good choice & not watered down..good brands like Gordon's gin & proper Baileys, mojitos, cava all Inc. Bar staff friendly & efficient, never had to wait long to be served. Pools: slide pool is amazing for our girls 7 & 8, spent good few hrs there. All pools heated so no issues with being cold like some in Tenerife. Lifeguards occasionally spotted but often on phone but we catefully watch our children do no great issue for us... Overall hotel: they've done a good bit to decorate communal areas & looks much more inviting & modern than our last visit, nice touches. Guys are constantly touching up paint on walls etc so very well maintained throughout. Big bar is nice to chill in & usually has done live music playing in background. Pool table there too so hubby & dad were happy. We like the outside seating in evening think this could be made a bit bigger? Improved a bit but nice to get done drinks & air at night. Location: great location pretty much right on beach. Nice & central if want to shop/ go out for walks €5 taxi to aqualand & next to siam Park. 15min fro. Airport so quick taxi if doing own transfer. Thanks Bouganville for another amazing holiday, we will be back 😀

Not bad, although there were a few twists and turns, but the platform solved it! The scenery of the hotel is really good and beautiful. Two people can visit Yongchi Lake and the breakfast is better. British elderly people prefer this place when traveling!

A favourite hotel of ours in Tenerife, we stayed over the New Year period. We always get a warm welcome here, and our room on the sixth floor, overlooking the sea was just perfect. Thankyou reception for arranging when we emailed ahead, much appreciated. Staff are excellent throughout, and special mention to Begonia, our lovely housekeeper and Bea who worked her magic at evening turndown, with a smile. The New Year Gala dinner was excellent, with beautifully adorned tables and decor. A great team of chefs and servers delivered a memorable end to the year. Azotea sunset bar is a must visit for a drink with a view and live music. The water circuit is a real plus beside the spa. Location is first class with Plaza del Duque shopping centre on the doorstep, and La Caleta with its many restaurants, a short walk away. This stylish Canarian hotel is well worth a visit, and is very well managed by charismatic Cristina and her dedicated team. Highly recommend.

Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to.
Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars.
Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch.
Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars.

Lovely self-catering apartment. The staff were amazing and welcoming (we arrived at 2am and receptionist still had a lovely smile for us), the apartment was spotlessly clean with a free safe, air con, dishwasher ,full sized fridge, and a huge balcony . The pool was amazing with plenty of sun beds, the swim up bar was great value, and the slushie cocktails were lovely and refreshing . Will definitely be back
GGuest UserGreat hostel in a rich area. The hostel is like two mansions teamed up. I stayed in December. I arrived to be greeted by Andrea (who is awesome) training two new volunteers at reception, who all kindly entertained my attempt at speaking Spanish. I did find it quite odd that 90% of the staff were incredibly good looking women. The breakfast is really good in a fantastic underground fancy cave like setting. They have themed food nights each night, while a little pricey for what you get, is a great way to meet some of the other guests. There is a really good Italian pizza place a few minutes walk inland nearby. And a park just over the road with a small calisthenics open gym area. My only note of improvement would be to ditch these squeaky clunky metal bunk beds and replace them with solid wood, maybe even more of a pod style type. Anyway thanks for the great stay
We loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely efficient. The rooms are a decent size and were cleaned every day. The food was excellent, some of it buffet style and some freshly cooked in front of you. Food is labelled with allergens and as someone who can't have gluten or dairy i had no problem finding something to eat. We were all inclusive and we enjoyed everything about it. For me, the resort itself was quite busy but we were far enough not to hear anything. We loved the fact that it was an adults only hotel. The animation team were excellent but they didn't bother you if you didn't want to take part. We would not hesitate to return. We went with Jet 2 but we opted for a taxi instead of a transfer and it was about €30 each way.
GGuest UserExcellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.
The apartment was fine. Very basis but you get what you pay for. Hot water was fine. Beds are fine. Breakfast at €9 each was not great but machine coffee was ok. Toast was good lots of spreads offered. Staff friendly. Spa good but pedicure was a bit expensive. It's quiet place just what we like. Lifts ok. Clean enough. A couple of bar, café and restaurants close by if you don't want the 15 min walk to beach. Good supermarket 2 mins walk. Would stay again.
We are coming to the end of a week with our family of 5 - including 3 teenagers. This hotel is a little gem. I've never stayed anywhere before where there's such an abundance of sunbeds and no stress about getting any, even at 11am! The 3 separate pool areas are well kept and all have a different vibe, depending on your preferences. The pools are all various depths, too. The apartments are clean and really spacious with newly refurbished bathrooms. We booked a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom. The staff are all absolutely lovely - a smile and simple 'Hola!' or 'Buenos Dias' to them goes a long way, and is always reciprocated with a reply and a smile. The food is plentiful, varied, fresh and tasty. All diets and nationalities are catered for. It's good value for money with the all inclusive package and the drinks are also plentiful. Marta on the animations team is fab and good at getting people involved in pool volleyball, etc., if they want to be. I can't comment on the evening entertainment as we always had a wander out in the evening for a change of scenery, as the location is excellent; there are loads of lovely bars and restaurants nearby and the beach front is a 10 minute walk. I've stayed in 4 star places that aren't as good. We would definitely return. ❤️🙌🏻🤩
