It was a very thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The hotel is very well located in the city center, which makes it highly convenient for business travel. The overall service reflects the Hilton standard — both the front desk and housekeeping teams are well-trained, professional, and hardworking. The breakfast was of good quality, and even when we arrived around 9:00 am, there was still fresh and hot food being served, which shows good service consistency. In addition, the hotel provides 24-hour self-service laundry facilities, which is very convenient for guests on business trips. In conclusion, this hotel is an excellent choice for short-term business stays in Yingkou. Highly recommended."

"Stayed for 4 nights. The environment and service are 10 points. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is clean. I want to talk about the service. It focuses on one intention. Both the front desk and the restaurant can really meet the needs of customers, especially the big brother who is always near the elevator. (It sounds like the staff member is called Brother Yan) You can see him serving guests wholeheartedly from morning to night. When we were leaving, we saw a lot of luggage and the elderly and children took the initiative to help deliver it to the door. He answered all the questions patiently and meticulously. The ponytailed staff in the restaurant carefully checked whether the dishes were missing and replenished them in time every morning. They also reminded everyone before collecting the meal~ The only flaw is that the elevator is really difficult during the morning rush hour. To sit, you need to reserve time in advance. Others are very satisfied and recommended~"

"Very good. The place is easy to find. The transportation is convenient. You can take a taxi to the door. The road is not noisy. You can walk straight for ten minutes to Moon Lake Park. The house is very clean and quite smart. It would be nice if the bathroom has a door or curtain. "We were looking for a hotel with an ocean view in Bayuquan Shanhai Square and this one immediately caught our eye. Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect; you can walk to the beach in just two or three minutes. It's so convenient to head downstairs and enjoy clam digging, and the hotel even provides complimentary buckets and shovels for guests. Our ocean-view room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a private balcony offering expansive views. We could literally watch the entire sunset over the ocean from our bed. The room was meticulously clean, and we appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, the comfortable mattress, and the full set of branded toiletries. The breakfast buffet each morning was abundant and fresh, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. Zoe provided excellent service. Parking and dining were also very convenient. This hotel offers incredible value for money and is definitely our top choice for a seaside getaway in Bayuquan. We'll be staying here again for our next beach trip and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing ocean-view vacation!"

"The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient, and breakfast was good. My only confusion was why there were restrictions on the 'complimentary' drinking water. At checkout, another guest mentioned being charged for extra water, and it turned out I had also been caught out. (I saw a disposable toilet seat cover on the toilet and assumed it was free, but it was one of those flimsy, unusable types like on planes, so I threw it away.) They charged me 2 yuan for it! Having traveled extensively, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Just a heads-up to be cautious. I hope the hotel doesn't lose customers by nickel-and-diming them."
