Who knows! It's so lucky to be able to book this homestay on this trip! The homestay is close to Shanhai Square. You can step on the beach in a few minutes when you go downstairs. The sea breeze and listen to the waves are too pleasant. The room is an ocean theme. When you enter the house, it is like falling into a dream underwater world. The details are full. When I encountered a problem that I didn't understand, the store's reception attitude was very good, positive and enthusiastic. It's like staying at a friend's house in other stores. The floor and location have a very good view of the sea view, and it is very close to the beach to go downstairs to catch the sea. The room type is very suitable for family travel, and the children and the elderly are very satisfied! The landlord is so caring. We arranged everything in the room in advance in the middle of the night, very recommended!

B&B in Vanke Ravi Coast Community. Building 18 ~ The beach is just downstairs. The park is owned by Vanke, and the recreational facilities are pretty good. AAnonymous User房間乾淨，什麼都有，被褥充足，自己帶個一次性床品，實際本身也用不上，這的挺乾淨，這也太棒了，定完房跟老闆娘溝通，很愉快，前排海景最靠前，離海最近，早上和傍晚看海的景色都不一樣，落日的景色太漂亮了，遼寧省唯一能看海上落日的房間，這也太yyds啦，廚房有蒸鍋，老闆推薦買海鮮的地方，本地海鮮也特意新鮮，沒用上，買海鮮都加工完成的，方便，還好吃，就不用自己動手了，出來玩就事放鬆，真的太推薦這家公寓了～

The community is good, but you have to go through the community to get to the main entrance and the beach. It's inconvenient without a car in the community. It is recommended to drive by yourself. It's not convenient to move around here by car. It's very far from the city. You can't walk far here. It's suitable for just staying at the beach and not going anywhere.

AAnonymous User思來想去還是想寫下這個評價 滿意的點是 屋子裡的環境衞生可以 與圖片相符，不滿意的如下：
1. 到地方了 前台根本沒有人 也聯繫不上 要不就是聯繫上了 説看不了攜程的訂單 要不是老闆自己回來了 不知道要等到什麼時候
2.辦理入住的時候 告訴我們房間沒有了！因為我定的是兩個一樣的房間 請問 沒有了 還在上面賣什麼？還有一個點就是 老闆説那你取消吧 因為之前特意看了退改規則 這個買完30分鐘內取消免費 之後沒住也會扣除全部房費 所以我讓老闆取消 如果沒太注意的話估計會掉進這個“坑”
3.結果老闆積極聯繫解決 我才知道 這個所謂的民宿 是在小區裏 問我們能不能接受不同單元的兩間房？？ 我覺得民宿應該是所有房間都在一個亭子院子裏的那種而不是把小區裏空房子 買/租下來 然後裝修 當民宿吧
4.最不能忍的一點是 ！下午我們出去了 晚上回來的時候 一個男的正好從屋裡出來！！説和老闆説好了 往屋裡放點東西 暫且不説 東西放哪裡 放你店裡不行麼？你不知道這屋裡住人呢麼？這是我們一大家子人 根本就不害怕 這要是就兩個女生呢？出門在外 面上得過得去 結果這大哥 9.00多又來送一趟！
5.還有一點就是 因為之前的兩個榻榻米沒有了麼 商家給換了這個 説是能5人住 包括現在頁面上也寫着5人住 實際被子衹夠四個人蓋的 洗漱用品也衹有4個
6.今早我看了一下 之前定的兩個房間一共288元 説沒房了 最後換成家庭套房了 是213元 也就是説 在你們做錯的情況下還多收錢了
（不要説 不同日期價格不一樣 我是週日住週一走 我挑了一個也是週日住週一走 不是節假日的時候 價格和我當時買的一樣 由此推斷出的；也別説什麼 一共訂的4個人的 想住5個人 這個我承認 確實抱有僥倖心理 因為有一個人是 出發當天臨時決定的，所以我訂的3-4米的榻榻米 一定有自己的原因 但這卻不是你們沒房的理由）
其實 這條評論可寫可不寫的 就是在明知道住人的情況下 還讓別的客人往裡放東西 真的很過分 好幾條綜合在一起 所幸就寫出來讓大家避雷吧❤️
