The location is very good, downtown. Health and service are no problem. But the facilities are poor, the wallpaper in the corners is peeled off and moldy. The hot water in the bathroom sink has a little trickle, the cold water is normal, and it is very uncomfortable to use in winter. The hotel in the northeast is not heating but air conditioning. It is turned on all night. Every time I wake up in the middle of the night, I have to drink water when I am thirsty. It is very cold not to turn on. The bedside cable phone in the room is not easy to use and is not dismantled. No face tissues are provided at the bedside. The biggest problem is that the WiFi signal is extremely unstable, and the network meeting needs to be hot on your own mobile phone, afraid of disconnecting and interrupting the meeting.

Her friendly smile throughout made me feel truly welcome. The entire check-in process was comfortable and attentive, with meticulous attention to detail, such as proactively reminding me of weather changes and helping me plan my itinerary. I could really feel her dedication. Tianmu Hot Spring's environment and service exceeded my expectations, especially with outstanding staff like Gao Jian, making the entire trip even more unforgettable. I will definitely recommend it to friends and stay here again!

I am working, teaching English, just outside Yingkou, 90 minutes away by taxi. With 2 colleagues I was looking for an overnight break. The hotel and Bayuquan provided this. Staff friendly and helpful, great hotel facilities, especially in my room with sea view. I hope I’ll be back and will recommend the hotel to my friends (unless there’s a problem with refunding the ¥500 deposit)
