"This hotel seems to cater for tour groups who are loud, smoke in the lobby, pushy during breakfast and the lift. It is also the only hotel we’ve stayed in the whole of Guizhou without a washing machine. Reception told us there’s a ‘drying room’ if we hand wash our garments which turned out to be a hazardous dirty rooftop full of ventilators crap. We cannot understand why they have a such big marbled reception area when they can’t spare a room for basic amenities like washing machines. It is also the only hotel that does not serve coffee or tea for breakfast. Rooms are so outdated and ornate we don’t understand why it is rated four star except for its location."

"I chose to stay at the Atour Hotel in Liupanshui on short notice, and the service was truly excellent. I had read online that there was construction noise nearby, so I called ahead to inquire before arriving at the hotel. The receptionist helped me choose a quiet room, and there were also signs in the room indicating this. I arrived at the hotel close to 10 PM, exhausted and hungry from the journey. The complimentary hot porridge and simple main course provided for dinner were a welcome surprise. The library had a wide selection of books, which were also very well chosen. The rooms were spacious, and every detail reflected the hotel's attentive care for its guests. The staff were all very professional. I wish the Atour Hotel in Liupanshui continued success."

"Several obvious advantages: The family room with a side bed is perfect for families traveling with children. The sink has two levels, allowing toddlers to wash themselves independently. Sharp corners on the cabinets are protected against impacts, demonstrating good safety measures. The room's decor is appealing to children. Requests are promptly fulfilled upon request, and the staff is very helpful.
A few shortcomings: The lobby lounge area is insufficient; there's only one free bench, and other seating areas are mostly occupied by paid areas.
The supposedly gym is practically useless; a few treadmills are haphazardly placed near the entrance, and the aerobics room is dirty and disorganized.
The hotel's location is isolated; finding food requires ordering takeout or taking a taxi. Although it's close to Wanda Plaza in a straight line, the actual route is circuitous, making taxis the only option."

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the viewing balcony has an optimized space layout. The owner of the B&B is warm and hospitable, actively helping the elderly, and taking them to nearby scenic spots and Liuzhi Station for free. He helps the elderly go up and down stairs, get on and off the bus, accompanies the elderly for meals, and picks them up and drops them off. This B&B is particularly good, with beautiful scenery, and the owner of the B&B embodies traditional Chinese virtues!

This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Guizhou. I deliberated over the room type before booking and eventually settled on a traditional twin room. To my surprise, the space was quite generous and the design was very well-thought-out – something 80% of hotels struggle to achieve. The toiletries clearly reflect the owner's standards and philosophy. The hairdryer even came with a nozzle, showing that the hotel prioritizes guest choice over its own convenience. When checking out, I noticed a lovely magazine in the room, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to read it. The dining was a highlight. Both the Chinese and Western breakfast options were excellent, and there were local specialties with thoughtful descriptions. I particularly enjoyed the ginkgo chicken soup. If you're not in a rush, the breakfast spread is rich enough to serve as a satisfying brunch. From the table settings to the tableware, everything was meticulously arranged, conveying thoughtfulness, high standards, and professionalism. I also loved dinner at the hotel. The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, which is fantastic – no more driving around in circles looking for a spot while dragging luggage. I wonder if this was a deliberate choice during site selection. Highly recommended! I hope to have the chance to stay again.

The self-service laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Laundry liquid is provided free of charge. It is too convenient to wash clothes for long-distance travel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is responsive, the large underground parking lot is free to open, and the charging parking space is sufficient. The public areas are cleaned every day, and every detail can be seen with care, and the comfort of living is directly full.

Lay TannyGood location in walking street city centre, 2mins walk to malls, restaurants and cafe, mini markets including Starbucks, cafe etc. 5 mins walk to Square, Park ,Historic Old street of hotspot cafes, night markets, noodle shops, bubble tea outlets! Homestay unit is comfortable, good wifi signal, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler and dispenser for coffee. Host is helpful, organised units for very good standard etc, safe choice for Solo female backpacker. Highly recommend!

I was really pleased with the hotel I stayed at recently! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, the warm and grand decoration style caught my eye, and the staff's warm and thoughtful service made me feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied and tastes great. There are not many open pools. We have a room with a private bath. Basically, there is nothing to do outside the room except in the room.
