No one stopped him, and he was rude and foul-mouthed. This made me very disappointed with the hotel management. 2. The room was windowless and very stuffy. 3. After going out, I discovered the Nebula Night Market mentioned in online guides. Although it's not far as the crow flies, you have to climb a mountain! For someone from inland China, it's practically a mountain climb. Having to overcome this slope to get there was both shocking and disheartening. It basically means the hotel is quite remote, and you can only get around by taxi. Satisfaction & Gratitude: 1. Whether leaving or returning, the front desk staff (all women) greeted me warmly. 2. When checking out, I carelessly left my power bank behind. The staff helped me handle the shipping and were very patient and prompt. Their attitude was excellent; I'm very grateful. 3. The overall hotel environment was actually very comfortable and relatively new. Aside from some secondhand smoke left in the elevator due to inconsiderate behavior, there were no noticeable odors. The restaurant was large, but perhaps because it was the off-season, the food selection was limited. There was a lounge area and laundry room, which were spotless despite not being used. Overall, if they strengthened their enforcement of the no-smoking policy, it would be an excellent hotel. It's a real shame, and the fact that all the staff were forced to inhale secondhand smoke was infuriating.

Nestled in the scenic Wumeng Grassland at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, the hotel offers breathtaking views of rolling clouds and rolling mountain peaks. It feels like living in a fairyland in the clouds! ☁️ Waking up to the sun and birdsong in the morning, and starry skies and the Milky Way at night—it's incredibly romantic! The rooms are designed in a minimalist, natural style, featuring natural wood tones and large floor-to-ceiling windows. They are clean and cozy, and the bedding is so soft you won't want to get up from them once you've lain down. The service was incredible! I contacted my housekeeper a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, the hotel lady enthusiastically helped with my luggage and provided guides. In the evening, we even had a warm sweet soup. Perfect attention to detail! 💯 The food was also fantastic. The local mushroom hot pot was incredibly delicious, and the mutton noodles and glutinous rice for breakfast were incredibly authentic—a foodie delight! For a relaxing escape from the city, head to Shifang Yunshe! I'm already planning to bring my family back next time~💖
