With smart home controls throughout, a Serta mattress, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The service was absolutely impeccable; the butler was attentive and thoughtful, proactively upgraded my room, and provided a welcome fruit platter. Responses were always prompt and efficient. Breakfast was incredibly lavish, featuring local specialties like Hengyang rice noodles and fish noodles alongside Western options. The freshly ground coffee was delicious – every bite and sip was a pleasant surprise. The amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and free laundry service, making it suitable for both business and leisure. I forgot to take photos of some areas, but if you're visiting Hengyang, you must stay here. Highly recommended!"

Daily housekeeping was meticulous and attentive, and fresh welcome fruits were provided. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, the heated pool has clean water, and the self-service laundry room includes a dryer, making it very convenient for longer stays. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with freshly cooked Hengyang rice noodles that are authentically delicious, alongside a full range of Chinese and Western dishes. The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and attentive. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was enthusiastic and polite. "Hey everyone, if you're ever in Hengyang, you *have* to stay at the Yijian Junya Hotel! The moment I walked in, the staff warmly greeted me with 'Happy New Year,' and I was instantly impressed. Butler Muyu was incredibly thoughtful, greeting me with a big smile, answering all my questions, and just being genuinely warm and sincere – five stars for her! Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, they even offered me tea, and no deposit was required, which was a fantastic surprise! The New Chinese style decor is absolutely stunning, and it's perfect for photos. Getting around is super convenient, there's plenty of parking, and tons of great food options nearby, so you'll never go hungry. The room amenities are top-notch: air purifier, smart toilet, you name it, they have it, and the hot water is instant. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is so light and soft, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The best part is the incredible value for money – breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are all complimentary! The Hengyang rice noodles and congee for breakfast were absolutely delicious. And they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out – what's not to love? I genuinely recommend this place!"

"The room was very well-ventilated, so the air felt fresh and not stuffy at all. Hot water in the bathroom came on quickly, and the temperature was just right for a comfortable wash. All the staff were incredibly friendly; they'd greet you proactively, which made me feel very welcome. Housekeeping was exceptionally thorough, even cleaning those small, often-missed corners. The hotel also has plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, I was satisfied with every aspect of my stay and felt both secure and comfortable."

"Had a wonderful rest in the room. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic during check-in, introducing all the hotel's facilities. They even called in advance to ask about my room preferences. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel greeted me warmly. It's located near Nanhua University, and there's a snack street nearby. The room facilities were complete, the shower was a wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, and the TV screen was large and supported screen mirroring. Checking out and getting an invoice was also convenient and quick. I slept exceptionally well at night; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I'll definitely consider Atour for my next stay! Highly recommend!"
