I originally booked another hotel through someone else, but it was terrible, so I found this one on Ctrip at the last minute. The storefront is small but simple and elegant. Entering the lobby reveals a surprisingly spacious and charming interior with an elevator. The rooms are small yet exquisite, bright, clean, and cozy. The owner is very attentive; many small details are touching, such as the power not being cut off even without a room card, slippers provided in the bathroom, aromatherapy on the sink, and ventilation in all unoccupied rooms – it truly feels like home. The receptionists, a lovely lady and a handsome gentleman, were very helpful. The gentleman even offered to wash guests' cars, and the lady offered to guide guests to restaurants. Although the soundproofing when the doors are closed is a bit poor, it's great value for money and very comfortable.

This hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. However, the breakfast is poor; the variety is limited. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, and when we arrived at 7:15 AM, there was almost nothing left to eat. We told the staff, but there was no response until all the plates were completely upside down. Only then did we contact the kitchen, and the staff told the breakfast guests to come back in 10 minutes. It was truly speechless. I only had a sip of millet porridge. I forgot to take a video. Next time, I will definitely take a video and post it online for everyone to share.

I don't know if the sheets are not changed or not cleaned. There are obvious stains on the two rooms and three beds. I don't know why the original twin room was booked. The taste of the decoration was particularly big. I added money to the cabin in the middle of the night. I also had a bed sheet that looked clean. It is recommended to check in early, otherwise it will take a long time to change the room and change the sheets in the middle of the night.

The front desk did not perfunctory because of the late night, but let us order a table of northeast hot dishes at the hotel. The pot came up steaming, a warm mouthful of three fresh, pot-wrapped meat and tomato and egg soup, and the four-hour journey was instantly healed. I will go to Luyuan early the next morning. The morning rain in the Genhe is fine and long, but this umbrella almost covered my whole person in it, and my shoulders were not wet. Holding it for five minutes to walk to the entrance of the scenic spot, the rain turned white noise overhead, and the mood was extremely smooth. Breakfast is the kind of northern specification that is reassuring: hot dishes are rowed out, pasta soup is everything. Sitting in the restaurant, the window is the fog in the forest area, the stomach is hot, the whole portrait is taken care of. Later, I thought that what really people remember during the trip is not how luxurious hardware is often, but the moment of ”accepted” - the manager's sentence ”look at it first”, the eldest sister patiently took us to choose the room one by one, and the hot dishes served late at night. The rain of Genhe can't take away the enthusiasm of the Ruguya, and this hotel just happens to put that simplicity and sincerity into every detail. Next time I come to Cold Pole, I will stay here. This time I brought my children to Genhe to see reindeer. This hotel is so worry-free. The hotel is very close to the Nguyen Guya Scenic Area. The children like the reindeer interaction arranged by the hotel the most. There are professional guides to take us through the smog, which is safe and interesting. The hotel is very friendly to children and provides a special parent-child theme room. The heating in the room is sufficient and it is not cold at all in the house.

The room was comfortable and fully equipped with smart home features. It had a fridge, disposable bath towels and hand towels, and a separate wet/dry shower, all very clean and hygienic. At first, when I took a shower, I didn't notice the room's warm reminder about the independent water heater, so as the last one in the family to shower, the water started getting a bit cold halfway through. Other than that, everything was very pleasant. Downstairs, there's a restaurant where we had a delicious and fresh hot pot lamb spine stew. It was a super big portion, so we packed the leftovers into the room's fridge. The next day, after a trip to Aoluguya, we came back for lunch and they even reheated our leftover lamb spine stew from yesterday. The service was absolutely fantastic!

Self-driving through Genhe for one night, the hotel has a compound parking is very convenient, Wangzhong is quiet, the compound is the bustling road, the store supermarket is no problem to buy food. Driving to the watch bridge is also very close. It is commendable that the bedding is very good and sleeps comfortably. The room space is enough, the toilet tank seems to be leaking, the ground is always wet, if you put a mop, you can drag it yourself.
