PPauOHanlonThis hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. If and when I return, I shall very likely stay here again. Thanks and Happy Chinese New Year.

GGuest UserExcellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. We are sincerely thankful for the owner that showed us around the town and reindeer park and he even took the trouble of sending us to the train station when we checked out in the morning. 根河之旅让我们对友安宾馆刮目相看。它除了非常清洁和有智能设备之外，还有别家没有的人情味和家的感觉。对千里迢迢来到这里的我们这是最好的选择了，极力推荐给大家。We will definitely come back to stay here if we go back to Genhe again.

Each unit is a two-story loft, with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second. The interior is simply decorated yet cozy, with charming Ewenki tribal accents. All rooms have heating, so it's warm and inviting as soon as you step inside. The bedding is clean, soft, and comfortable. It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a big plus.

The bedding was soft, and the facilities were new – you could tell a lot of thought went into the details. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive, which made my stay very reassuring. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
