"Friendly service at front of the hotel, reception at check in & check out and staff throughout the hotel. Hotel starting to show its age and the accessible room was a little quirky, but had a relaxing stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. There's a bus stop nearby, and the beach is across the street. A large store is a 25-minute walk away, and a tram stop is 10 minutes away. The center, with its cafes, is a 5-minute walk away, and there's also a breakfast cafe downstairs. There's construction next to the hotel, but it didn't bother us at all. The room was spacious, but we were unlucky with the view; it was practically nonexistent. The view from the balcony was blocked by a building, and from the bedroom by a pine tree, so you could only see a tiny bit of the sea. Otherwise, everything was fine. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. Cleaning is done once a week. When we entered the room, there was a very strange and unpleasant smell, but it took a week to clear. Overall, we liked everything, thank you."

"Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your resort. We paid S$1,175.40 for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standard expected for the price. During our stay, we encountered the following issues: The room heater was not warm enough, making the room uncomfortable. No complimentary mineral water was provided. Slippers were not provided in the room. The cleanliness of the room was only average and did not meet expectations. The breakfast selection was very basic, with limited variety and quality. Considering the amount we paid, we do not believe the stay offered good value for money. We had expected a much higher standard of accommodation, amenities, and service. We would appreciate it if you could review our feedback and advise whether any form of compensation or goodwill gesture can be offered. We look forward to your prompt response."

"I chose this hotel for its convenient access to Kokomo for whale watching. It's incredibly easy to walk to the Kokomo pier from here, so I'm glad I booked this place. I checked in on a weekend that coincided with a marathon, which meant road closures, but walking to the pier was completely unaffected. The hotel itself was also a pleasant surprise – the views are absolutely stunning. The breakfast restaurant looks out directly onto the blue ocean, and the scenery is just breathtaking; it made every meal feel wonderful. The room service food was also quite good. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit spread out. Getting to my room from the front desk involved going up and down elevators with my luggage, which felt a bit circuitous and time-consuming. I'd definitely consider staying here for a few more days next time!"

Cannot watch quite few channels in the TV set. Overall a satisfactory experience."

"Overall, the cost performance is very high: 1. This location is best for self-driving, as public transportation is not convenient and it is a bit far from the core area, except for Sea World which is very close. 2. It is suitable for self-driving, with parking spaces available and easy parking. 3. We booked a one-bedroom, but a two-bedroom was provided. The other room was marked as unavailable, and if used, a charge would be applied. So the room is very spacious and has a great view, with an amazing sea view. 4. It is very convenient to cook by yourself, especially when you eat on the balcony while enjoying the sea view. 5. To be honest, the hygiene is acceptable, but we found some small insects. One night, I even found a cockroach in the drawer of the bathroom, but it ran too fast to be dealt with. 6. The overall house is quite old, but it seems to have been simply renovated. However, some facilities still have rust, such as the towel rack in the bathroom. 7. The supporting facilities are very good. There is a 7-Eleven, a top-rated brunch restaurant, the hotel's swimming pool, and a tennis court downstairs. The hotel has two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor. The indoor pool has a bubble pool and is child-friendly. 8. There is a front desk and the staff are friendly and hospitable. However, since it is an apartment, you have to handle your own garbage, and there are no bath towels provided for replacement. The amount of bath and shampoo products given is also very limited. At first, we couldn't find extra garbage bags, so this needs to be paid attention to when checking in. Overall, it is still recommended. If there is an opportunity, we would choose it again."
