"Very satisfied stay experience, good environment and good service. "The hotel is opposite Kayseri Bus Station. The decoration is very elegant and very nice. But no one at the front desk or restaurant can speak English. The most important thing is that the meal charge cannot be posted on the room account. Other hotels can charge it on the room account and settle the bill uniformly when checking out. But if he dines here once, you will settle the bill. I asked him to issue an invoice once, but the restaurant was not open yet, so I asked the front desk to do it when I checked out in the morning. "The hotel is a big brand, but maybe it's old, the facilities are a bit old, the hotel is large, and there are many choices of room floors and orientations. The service attitude is very good, and there is a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast is very rich, and I have to praise the breakfast. The location is close to the airport, but the surrounding area does not seem to be very prosperous. There are not many places to eat out."

"I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. The hotel is full of skiers. When I come back at night, there is a big shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient for eating and playing.
In the morning, I entered the ski resort from Rasisson. There were English-speaking people to rent ski equipment and buy tickets. There were few people on the ski slopes, much less than the public snowboarding area. It was super comfortable. Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. It is enough to play. One trip takes nearly half an hour. It is beautiful. It is worthy of being the world's best ski resort. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours).
Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry.

GGuest UserOn the day of settlement we were met, fed and placed perfectly, although we were settled later on the standard time (previously warned of late settlement by email). On the day of departure , when we returned at 12:30 to the hotel for suitcases (exile at 12:00, the room we released in advance and left the suitcases at the door in the room), the suitcases were just standing on the street and on the street in winter, there was no security. OOne Country at a TimeI didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

___Zainab_PMy husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants.
Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport.
Service - staff were friendly
Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt
Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo

GGuest UserEverything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

BBarryThis hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

CChaigwenlatteMy friend and I loved this hotel. We loved the staff and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is not a tourist center so we got a real slice of life while there. We made many friends in the neighborhood at restaurants, and shops. I will truly miss the friends I made in this neighborhood.
