"Sadly the hotel is not what it was. Everything is looking a bit tired and grubby. The rooms had a really strong odour - mine of damp masked by airfreshener and my colleagues of stale smoke. Everything looks worn, even the hangers in the wardrobe! It wouldn’t take much just to give it a bit of a refresh on the fittings and grouting. Breakfast was also disappointing from what it used to be - no fresh juices. But pasteries and fruit was good. coffee was diabolical and utterly undrinkable- i think they must have shares in the Starbucks downstairs! but beds were clean, massive and just as comfy as i remember them."

I was in a suite with a walk in closet, living room with office space, large bedroom and large bathroom with a soaking tub. Each room in the suite had a river view.
