Staff are all very friendly. A few minutes walk away from city center. Comes with own car park if you are driving, do take note that the height of the car park is 2 meters.

Nice hotel with location close to main train station. Bed is comfortable and it is great to have a cosy child indoor play zone.

Perfect location for train travellers, few steps from the central station. Also great for nightlife and visiting as a tourist, as the old town and city center are just a few steps away. The staff was very friendly, we could store our luggage after our stay until we left Innsbruck. The rooms were clean and had a good size.

Very centrally located with access to all required amenities. They offer a city card which proves quite useful. The staff is responsive and nice. Would highly recommend.

Location was excellent and 5mins from the main train station. There was construction going on across the road, but the double glazing meant it was blocked out a lot. The air conditioning seemed to turn off after a certain time period at night, so I woke up hot but I was easy to turn things back on. Decent amount of ammenities. The restaurant was convenient if needed and was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel

Room is clean and comfortable.. Large tv in room.. Window facing the alps.. Not far from the main train station. Walking distance to shopping area.

Clean and big rooms, with a side view of the Austrian Alps. Slight walk from the old town, but we chose it for its close proximity to the train station. Very helpful receptionist! Fantastic restaurant with a great variety of Austrian dishes too.

The shower area can be improved. Can do a curtain for the whole glass area will be better.

The hotel is two blocks away from the train station. A further 10 minutes walk into the main square of the town center. Lots of shops and eateries around. Staff are super friendly and helped to explain the ins and outs of the area and Innsbruck, got us the Innsbruck card, and so on.

Very basic hotel at good location. The lift doesn't seem to work very well. At times, only 3 persons can be in the lift. But this is not a major issue with the hotel. Overall, a good stay.

Walking distance to old town and train station. Wifi is great and room and toilet is big.
