Excellent location and great services provided by the hotel. Room is comfortable and look better then the photo. Bathtub is comfortable and great breakfast provided.

Excellent location, just by the sun moon lake. 2 mins walk to Ita Thao market and convenience stores. Lots of food options. Ferry per is 5 mins walk - get way to get to Shuishe the main tourist village. Hotel breakfast area has a patio that overlooks the lake, great place to chill. They offer complimentary afternoon tea tasting betw 3pm to 6pm. Our room is at level 7, had to walk up a flight of stairs as the elevator only goes up to level 6. Offered basic toiletries - shampoo and bath gel. No soap, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Bring your own or buy from reception. Bed is super comfortable! You can't see sunrise and sunset from the this boatel, but nonetheless you wake you to a serene and picturesque view.

This is our first trip to Sun moon Lake and we stayed at this hotel, it has amazing view! The front desk lady free upgrade our room to a really nice lake view room and her service is outstanding! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The view from our room (high floor) is amazing! Check in and check out process is easy and smooth. Very friendly owner and staff. Breakfast was yummy too. Would definitely recommend to my friends who come to Sun Moon Lake.

The environment here is perfect for a vacation and relaxation. In the morning, guests can enjoy a scenic view of Sun Moon Lake from the terrace. The breakfast provided is quite satisfactory, and boat tickets to the opposite shore are available. The service desk is available to assist with booking a taxi to the high-speed rail station at a reasonable price. For those looking to save on travel expenses, the bus station is nearby, and taking the bus to the high-speed rail station is a convenient option.

We stayed in the room type with 3 double beds which suited our family size of 2 adults and 3 kids. It was spacious with a living room and the bedroom on the loft level. The view from the room was breathtaking. There was breakfast provided. The hotel also run a hotpot restaurant which was a really convenient option for dinner since going around in CingJing up and down hill requires a car. The hotel staff were friendly and really helpful!

Room was abit small. There is a small balcony though. Can sit outdoor to look at the Sakura. Comes with free Swiss Garden, Qingjing farm tickets n free breakfast. Breakfast is good. Lots of varieties.

I booked Lake View Quad 1 Room 2 Nights. Inside the room two large double beds were placed side by side on one side of the room, leaving a small passage to place your luggages and to move within the room. The two beds were sufficient for 4 pax. But the beds were so close, there was no walking space between them. One can only get out of the bed via the foot of the bed. This is not ideal for senior people who may need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. So if you are travelling with seniors, take the twin / double room instead. The savings is not worth it. Plus the room has really limited space for 4 adults to be moving around. The plus point for this hotel is that it has an amazing view of the lake and there are many shops along the street. Do note that the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours next door, especially if they sat at the balcony. There was no shower curtain so the whole toilet was wet after our shower. We didn't use the tub as it was not easy for the seniors to sit inside. No amenities except Shampoo and Body Soap.

The hotel is situated on the other side of the lake where the gondola goes to. Very nice and peaceful area, the back of the hotel is a nice trail for hiking. The rooms are clean and very spacious with a balcony. It also serves a nice buffet lunch. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location! Walking distance to the QingJing skywalk ＞ goes to the farm. Many restaurants within walking distance. The villa even provided transport to nearby restaurants (would recommend the hotpot) the hotpot staff even allowed us to stop at 7-11 for a quick snack purchase. Water pressure was good and they even had a heated mattress. Best thing about this villa was the star gazing activity. We were really lucky and managed to see many stars before the clouds started rolling in. Best villa in the area because of this!! Hope you’ll be as lucky as I am. Found private transport on klook which picked us up at Taichung and dropped us back the next day. Really loved the hospitality provided and the view from the villa.
