GGuest UserThis is my third time staying at Hushan Hotel, and I'm very satisfied every time. It's located near Qingcao Lake, with a quiet and tidy environment. The room is also clean and bright. The large jacuzzi is a super enjoyment. The breakfast is also a highlight, exquisite and delicious. The kitchen aunt is kind and polite, replenishing the dishes at any time. Mr. Huang also treats us warmly like family. I would like to wish Mr. Huang and the service staff of Hushan Fengjing Hotel a happy New Year and prosperous business.

君君品I chose this place for a short business trip primarily because it offered parking. I overlooked the 6 PM check-in time, so I had to go out and kill some time before returning. I had originally picked it thinking it was closer to Fukutang Ganban-yoku (rock bath). There are hardly any shops or amenities nearby, and it's located on a very busy road. The price wasn't particularly cheap either. At night, you can feel subtle tremors, almost like mini-earthquakes, caused by the frequent passage of large trucks. Earplugs are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Personally, I was so utterly exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and slept, so it didn't bother me too much!

GGuest UserThe place offers good value for money. It's not luxurious, but it's very clean and comfortable. It's a 10 minute walk from NTHU and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. They offer free bottles of water, which was really convenient The place looks just like the pictures. The only problem was the breakfast included advertisement. They only give you a voucher worth 65 NTD, but you need to spend at least 100 NTD in the store (that's what the restaurant told me), and they only accept cash. The restaurant staff were not very friendly to foreigners. It would be better if they advertised it as no breakfast included since you still have to pay to use the voucher

TTying chinThe location is super convenient, with lots of great food options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting us in choosing a room with a good deal. The hotel also thoughtfully provides parking. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Here is a balanced review based on the current 2026 guest experience: The HighlightsPrime Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot for transit. It is a 3-minute walk from the Hsinchu Railway Station and within an 8-minute stroll to the City God Temple Night Market. If you enjoy being where the action is, this is it. Value for Money: For a budget-friendly price (often around $25–$30 USD), you get a surprisingly spacious room. Unlike many modern ”shoebox” hotels, these rooms have plenty of floor space. Breakfast Buffet: Many guests are pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It’s a local spread—think braised pork rice (Lu Rou Fan), porridge, and stir-fried vegetables—alongside basic toast and coffee. Unexpected Perks: Even the budget rooms often come with a bathtub, which is a rare find at this price point. The hotel also offers free use of a washing machine on the first floor. The ”Old School” RealityVintage Vibes: The hotel is definitely showing its age. You’ll find wooden doors with traditional locks, dated carpets, and some ”dusty” corners. GGuest UserThe hotel staff were very friendly, and there was a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. The downsides were that the room was too cold; even after asking the staff for two blankets, it was still very cold. The mattress was very hard, the shower had very little water flow, and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold, making it difficult to control. The toilet tank also had insufficient water.
