DD.K.QThe West Wing was definitely much newer; our room was clean and had no strange smells. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kind to our children. My only minor point is that the children's play facilities seemed a bit limited. Due to our late arrival the night before and early departure the next morning, the kids' play areas were either already closed or not yet open, so we unfortunately missed out on experiencing them. We would certainly consider staying again.

BBenbenJulyThe room I was given faced away from the runway, so it was very quiet. However, one of the receptionists had limited English proficiency, which made communication a bit challenging. Apart from that, everything was fine. Downstairs, there's a currency exchange machine and a small convenience store. Also, be aware that the shuttle buses for Airport T2 and T1 are separate, so double-check which one you're boarding. If you miss the hotel's shuttle, you can head to the 1st floor, outside Arrival Gate 5, to catch the Line 02 airport loop bus. It typically runs every 10-15 minutes. Theoretically, this loop bus goes all the way to Long-Term Parking Lot C, but I always get off at Long-Term Parking Lot B, which is a five-minute walk away. Continuing to C would mean a much longer ride and a significant detour.

GGuest UserOh my god that was SO cool!! totally foreigner friendly. Staff speaks good English and is so kind. Google Maps is accurate for the trip from or to Incheon Airport. It is just 2 stations, 20 minutes to arrive. You just need an AREX ticket that you can buy with cash or even foreign card, at Incheon airport station or this station. Hotel is high-end in my opinion. The lobby is magnificent. When you head out of the train station, you see a green vertical sign 'DK Hotel airtport' so you don't even need to check it on your phone. Just get out of the only exit of the train station and it's in front of you across the street. There is an elevator if you have suitcases. Little kit is given with towels, one razor, toothbrush, lotion, condom, cream, massage gel. The bed is really big and it was cool. Fridge... everything you'd need, free coffee, water, popcorn, sparkling water etc. Italian shower in the bathroom, intelligent toilets. That was the best option (and the cheapest!!!). Just go for it if you have a corresponding flight or you have to be near the airport. Really a good experience. Lots of Korean restaurants around, CU konbini, Burger King. Gong cha for bubble tea and other coffee shops around, a great chicken spot near. THANK YOU!!!

GGuest UserAn unexpectedly great little hotel. The night before I stayed here I stayed in a room in Hong Kong that was the same price, the Hong Kong room was like a prison cell in Bangladesh, and this room was unexpectedly great. Super comfortable bed with many small amenities that you would not expect from a low-cost hotel. Very easy to get to from the airport, and also has a free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Highly rated.

AAndiswaAThe hotel was very clean, has a pool and a cafe ☕️ inside. There’s also a restaurant so you don’t have to worry about. I was not happy with the room , it had two beds but I was traveling alone and but I guess maybe it was the only room left.

LLJonesThe resort was lovely! The photos posted online mirror the actual location. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. The rooftop area was spectacular and offered stunning views of the harbor. Truly breathtaking! There is a CU convenience store and restaurants at the resort as well. However, the water park and pools are not open for the May holiday break. The arcade, mini golf and other advertised activities are not inclusive of the room rate. The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and were saddened to leave.

소소현After making a hotel reservation, I asked if they had an ocean view room, and they said they would try their best, which I thought was very kind. When I actually visited, they were very kind and gave me a room upgrade, so I was very grateful!! It was so nice to relax while looking at the view. If you would like to check in early, you can pay a 10,000 won deposit and leave a review to get it back! Everyone was very kind, and I think it was a really pleasant staycation! If you are in Yeongjongdo, come to Western Grace Hotel! 👍👍👍

Cleanliness: The place was also very clean.
Environment: The setting is lovely, right by the sea.
Service: The service was excellent, no issues at all. It's definitely worth a stay! Plus, it's not too far from the airport, and transportation around the area is quite convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within walking distance from Airport Terminal 1, making it hassle-free even for late-night arrivals. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure with pleasant-smelling toiletries, perfect for washing away all the fatigue. Taking the free shuttle bus back to T1 early the next morning was also very convenient. This is an ideal choice for a layover or catching an early flight.
