This was a very good, clean, safe hotel. Don't believe all the fake negative reviews written by competing hotels. Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, the staff here are polite and professional. It's a minute walk to the Grand Hotel, use that as your marker to get taxis or rickshaws close. Also the Grand Hotel ( it's a restaurant not a hotel) is an incredible place to eat non veg northern Indian cuisine, it's huge and packed upstairs with local diners all day long.

Good value for money. Good location. Beds are soft. Service cooperative

The room was terrible. It had a strong, nauseating, and dizzying smell (artificial fragrance). When I tried to open the window for fresh air, I noticed a lot of white bird droppings on the balcony and window glass. Although my reservation was non-refundable, I still chose to forgo the stay after discovering the room's poor condition. I stayed elsewhere.

The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed. If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists. In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider New Hotel Suhail best organized among all accommodations we had so far. We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately. The room was spacious and clean. Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge. Pics on *********** depict reality. We can definitely recommend New Hotel Suhail. Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. You definitely stand out of the crowd! Please keep up with it!

Hotel location is good but the approaching lane is congested, service is good, staff is supportive.

Very poor service provided by suhail services even not responded properly for minimum issues of warm water and there is no good wifi connection. We felt very bad in first time to choose like this

10/10 Hotel. The rooms were big with clean and hygienic bathrooms. The staff was kind and service was exceptional. The location is not the best - since the road leading up to the hotel is quite stinky with a public urinal. However, it is close to the main road with Grand Hotel and other restaurants nearby. It is also easy to get an auto after walking 300m nearby. The breakfast options available in the buffet were also great and the staff was constantly checking up on us. Overall It was an excellent stay, 10/10 would recommend.

It's near to sultan bazaar. Behind ramakrishna theater big and spacious room. Daily 1 water bottle. Excellent complimentary breakfast

The hotel was good the plus point is it’s in heart of city every tourist spots are near by around 5 to 6 kms. Overall it was a good experience. If they put some more efforts like washroom ceiling, daily housekeeping, breakfast taste so they could come in excellent category. Overall it’s good i would recommend for others also

Stayed at this hotel with brother in law March 2023 and chose this hotel again for two nights stay with my wife. Hotel is off the main road in a street that gets quite busy and congested with parked scooters/motorcycles etc. However, hotel is ideally located to main tourist attractions. A warm welcome greeting from the new manager and escorted to show us our studio room that was quite spacious, nice clean bathroom, well maintained. It appeared the room has been recently refurbished. Reception staff and all the service staff were quite attentive and receptive to your needs. The breakfast was well laid out buffet to cater for veg/non veg & live station for masala dosa, omelette etc. The dining hall was neat & clean. Overall, we very much enjoyed our two nights stay at New Hotel Suhail. My wife first visit to Hyderabad & it was an eye opener for her to shop around Charminar monument.
