Nice hotel, good service, friendly staff

The hotel was good but it was very noisy and you couldn't easily find a spot by the pool as everything was always reserved. The restaurant was good and the room was great.

I booked a garden view king room, and the guy at the front desk helped me upgrade it to a suite. I thought it was a good thing, but I found that the room facilities were old, and the air conditioner was the kind of knob, and the temperature could not be lowered even when it was set to 15 degrees. I was given one card for one suite, but I had to plug in two cards for two rooms to get electricity, which was ridiculous. There were so many mosquitoes in the room at night, and there were no mosquito repellent lamps or anything, so I didn't sleep well all night. The hotel has many swimming pools and water parks, restaurants and bars, and there are occasional shows. The entertainment activities are amazing, and you won't be bored even if you stay in the hotel for a day. All three meals are buffet and included in the room rate. The food is okay, and the price-performance ratio is still OK.

The hotel is a bit old, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner services, but the food quality is average, and there are few foods suitable for Chinese tastes. Because the family stayed, the child was over 12 years old and had to be charged. I paid $100 to the front desk, but the change was deliberately sandwiched with a damaged $20 (only $20 was given by this hotel), and no merchant would accept it.

750 includes full meals, it is highly recommended. The room is clean and the service is super good. The full meal shocked me, that is, four meals a day, and you will be given a set of simple meals + fruits when you check out. The room facilities are older but the hygiene is very good. The waiters are very enthusiastic. All the facilities in the three hotels are free to play, and they are particularly friendly to parents with children. There are many things for children to enjoy. Three meals a day are included, and drinks are provided free of charge throughout the day. There are also snacks and ice cream in the children's area in the afternoon. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which is also very convenient. In short, the price/performance ratio is quite high.

Very good, but the waiter who sent us in at the front desk was very arrogant and looked down on Asians. I observed that many Asians did not help carry their luggage and only gave directions. When Europeans checked in, he would be very enthusiastic to help carry their luggage, and the doorman was also a bit polite. I disdain the expressions of Asians, but overall it is very good and very affordable. The guy who cleans the room, I remember his name is Ahanmod, is very enthusiastic and puts out many different beautiful towel patterns for us every day. He is very enthusiastic! He also greets us warmly every day. This is what we like most about the hotel. We hope to give him a salary increase.
