This hotel is excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The food selection is impressive, and the quality is good.I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit that was served with all three meals.

All-inclusive hotel, but there is only one restaurant, but the taste is very good, delicious, the room is OK, the bathroom is a bit old, the front desk is not very friendly, and there is no subsequent service. This hotel is very small. Although it is connected to the beach of the hotel next door, the scenery is good, but you have to walk for a while. The hotel itself is surrounded by a swimming pool, so there is basically nothing to do. It is in the city center and it is very convenient to go out

The environment is very good, all-inclusive. My husband drank a lot of drinks. The food is more Western and not suitable for Chinese tastes. For my birthday, the hotel made a cake for me, which was pretty good.

This all-inclusive hotel is cost-effective and has a good location. It is not far from the pier and Carrefour, and it only takes about 10 minutes by taxi. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the four-story Cleopatra Bazar. There are many shops selling souvenirs near the hotel. Food, drinks, and snacks are rich and colorful, with a full range of varieties. There are food and drinks most of the day. There is a private beach, several swimming pools, and small band performances at night. The service awareness is strong. I stayed for two nights. Most of the people were Europeans and Americans, but the front desk and restaurant waiters were very friendly to us and we were not discriminated against. The room facilities are complete (except for no toothpaste, toothbrush, and plastic slippers), a large bottle of mineral water every day, 24-hour hot water, and large water supply. The front desk is helpful. After checking out, we stayed in the lobby until 3 pm before taking a taxi to the airport. During this time, a gentleman at the front desk used his WhatsApp to help me download the photos and videos taken by the photographer of the glass boat (I had paid when I got off the boat, but my phone always couldn't use WhatsApp). Although we had checked out, the front desk still took the initiative to call us to the restaurant for a buffet, and only cut off our wristbands when we walked out of the hotel and prepared to take a taxi. All in all, this is a good hotel to stay in when you arrive in Hurghada.

The beach is nice, the food is good, the scenery is good, the experience is very strong, but it's a pity that the barbecue is gone. You can drink juice by the pool, which is very comfortable.

Excellent hotel! We stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave :). We checked in a little earlier and on the last day we were also allowed to leave our luggage and use all the infrastructure until the evening. There is a lot of food and it is delicious, an ice cream machine and pizza by the pool, a mini-bar (water, cola, sprite) was replenished daily :). Several beaches for every taste, there is a reef. There is also billiards and other games. I recommend!

Located by the Red Sea, the sea water is quite clear, the location is great, the buffet is also suitable for Chinese tastes, there are many small shops to visit when you go out, and it is convenient to go anywhere to eat. Recommended to stay
