The price of the guesthouse is reasonable. It provides all necessary facilities. The host Najir and his team are very considerate and helpful. People on this island are really nice. We had a wonderful time there.

A little gem in Huraa island. Najire the manager is really great, doing all he can to accommodate your needs. The guesthouse is in the village, within walking distance to everything. Najire can help organise day trips for you, from as simple as booking a day use at the many luxury resorts nearby (Huraa is a village by a beautiful mangrove - it has so not much else in term of tourist facilities except a few secluded small beaches allocated to tourists and a small number of eateries) to day trips to watch dolphins, surfing, snorkelling or diving. Just ask him and he’ll honestly let you know if he can help or not.
Breakfast as mentioned by many is limited. But this is understandable as they have to source everything from Male. It was raining heavily while we were there so we were glad to have great wifi access and Netflix (use yr own account) as we had to stay in a lot. It also helps that the room was spacious and tastefully done.
Sorry no photos of the guesthouse but here’s a few from the island

A small cozy guesthouse with six rooms. We stayed there for 6 nights in December. Convenient location. Clean rooms, tea and sugar are generously added as needed. Breakfasts to choose from - local or European. Local ones are an omelet with sausage, the famous salad and tuna. The guests are mainly Russians and Belarusians. Many thanks to Najir, who tries to do everything for the convenience of vacationers. He fulfilled all our requests, organized fishing. And the catch was cooked and served so that you would simply lick your fingers. Very tasty and beautiful. We were very pleased with our stay in this guesthouse and recommend it to everyone!

The room is decorated in a simple and elegant style, the bedding is comfortable, it is clean and hygienic, there is a kettle, a hair dryer, and an exhaust fan. It is very convenient to go to both beaches, and you can also catch crabs and cook them. The staff are really nice, patient and friendly. Living here is the most peaceful time I have had in Maldives for more than a week. The sunset is beautiful🌅

The price-performance ratio is very high. Najir is also very responsible. He helped me book crab catching, speedboat, and dolphin watching trips. Very good, thank you.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was very nice, the boss and the service guy Najib were very good, and even took us to the beach. We went to the mangroves to catch crabs, and finally helped us get a speedboat directly to the airport.
I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality at the bilimbi. The team went above and beyond to accommodate a special request, which made my stay even more comfortable and meaningful. The room was clean and cozy, and the service was always kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend this guest house for anyone looking for a peaceful and guest-focused experience. Thank you again for making me feel at home!

I recently stayed at the Bilimbi for 4 nights. I absolutely loved it. Very comfortable spotlessly clean room, smart tv, air con, fan, kettle and modern bathroom. Short walk to Main Street of Huraa, (small souvenir and convenience stores) Health centre, restaurants and port. There is a convenience store right next door to the guesthouse and another around the corner. Nazeer was amazing- I asked him a lot of questions about snorkelling excursion, ferries etc and nothing was a hassle. He personally walked me back to the port and helped me onto the speedboat back to Male. A really lovely person. I would definitely recommend The Bilimbi guesthouse; it was my favourite place on a 11 night trip to the Maldives visiting 3 islands. Huraa island is very small and quiet but I thought it was a little piece of paradise. The locals were all friendly and happy and the bikini beach is beautiful. Please note- the only bikini beach is about a 15-20min walk from the Bilimbi. There are other local beaches you can swim at closer but you need to cover up as in wearing a T-shirt and pants in the water.

We had a fantastic stay at "The Bilimbi Guesthouse & Inn". The place is nice and clean and the hosts are extremely kind and helpful. They did arrange for us a very well priced speedboat transfer from Male to Huraa. The island is very quite and peaceful, good for having a rest. Thank you for the hospitality!

We spend 4 nights at Bilimbi with two kids under 3y and we felt like home. All the people around are more than helpful and super nice (for example they manage to buy potty for our kid even I wrote them just a few ours before our arrival or every morning they took our 9months old and play so we can eat breakfast..) Rooms are very comfy and have all the amenities you need. The island is small, but the people there and so nice and the bikini beach is the most beautiful we saw (we have been to 3 islands so compare to that ones). If you are thinking about holiday at Huraa, you should definitely go for it. There is some special vibe and calm that I cant describe. But totally worth to visit. And Bilimbi is place to go🤩

We stayed at the hotel from February 25 to March 11. When we arrived in Male, there were a lot of people meeting us at the exit. You need to find your own among them, if you can’t, ask anyone - they will help. We exchanged money at the airport. Don’t change a lot, there is nothing special to spend it on. We were taken to the island by ferry in 30 minutes. We were met at the pier by manager Nazim, he took our things and took them to the hotel. The rooms are normal, clean with high ceilings. There is air conditioning, a fan, a hair dryer, a kettle, a refrigerator, unlimited bottled water (jugs), tea, sugar, cutlery. The hotel has two buildings (5 rooms in each), we were fed in the first. We lived in the second. We had breakfast and dinner, we went to the first. It’s 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace. The island itself is a small village with narrow streets and an almost complete absence of cars. The locals travel mainly on motorbikes or bicycles. Everything is quiet and calm. On the day of arrival, Nazir showed us the way to the beach, and in the evening he walked us to the cafe in the first building. In the morning, there are two types of breakfast - Maldivian or continental. Both have sausage and omelet. The continental has three toasts with butter and jam, and the Maldivian has four flatbreads (lavash), coconut porridge and marinated tuna. Tea, coffee, and juice to choose from. For dinner, there is either fish with rice, or egg with rice, or pasta and juice. You won't go hungry. We liked all the dishes. It's about 15 minutes to the beach. The lagoon is beautiful, clean, though small. There are a lot of beautiful fish, you can see them without a mask. Sun loungers need to be occupied in the morning, as by 10 o'clock everything can already be occupied. The staff is responsive and resolves guests' issues. We liked everything very much. We recommend it.
